Awful, do not shop here, ordered a coatit was so thin and awful material! To get a refund had to send back to china!!

Nothing like the picture. Material is very cheap and nasty. It's suppose to be a black cordoroy dress. It's made so badly that I think I could have put it together better myself. Absolute joke. Scamming waste of money. Possibly the worse thing I have ever bought online.

Ordered a top described as corduroy. When it arrived it was screwed up in a tiny bag, the material was a nasty imitation of corduroy & the finish was rubbish. Nothing about the top resembled the website photos. Same refund runaround experienced by other reviewers. After sending photos & getting offers of discount I accepted a 30% refund (which I've received). Just wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Avoid.

Ordered in good faith confident given the 30 day no quibble returns policy. Items did arrive unlike many other people however they were too small. No labels on them at all and no sizing. I contacted for the hassle free returns and started getting the run around. This included an offer for 20% discount to give the items to family or friends. I declined and they then insisted on photos of the items and confirmed return would be at my cost. I took the photos, emailed stating a demand for RMA and return address plus prompt refund and havent heard anything since. Looking further this is a charade of a business that should not be allowed to trade. Instagram shows many different businesses selling the same goods, many with exactly the same sites when you go to shop now. There is clearly no returns policy and I will be going to my credit card company for a refund. I am one of the lucky ones it seems as at least I did get product, just ill fitting. Instagram should not allowed such businesses to trade on the platform. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Wow - can only back up all that has been said before - items look nothing like those advertised, took a month to arrive and then "refunds" process well - its a sham

Goes round in circles and making you jump over every hurdle along the way only to find out they caveat the returns procedure as much as possible to the effect that it is no longer worth returning the items and you are stuck with the guff they have sent you

My brother ordered 4 shirts from these scammers absolutely disgusting company sent wrong sizes & got wouldn't provide a refund. The shirts they sent were fakes & awful quality but advertised as the genuine deal. Avoid at all costs do not use

If I could have given a O I would. Biggest scam going, I ordered 2 jackets in November that never came. After numerous replies of “terribly sorry you haven’t received your items, we’ll send replacements” I have realised I’m not getting them. Luckily I paid with credit card so can get a refund. After reading other people’s experiences I’m glad they didn’t come, shoddy goods sent instead of what was expected. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, if I had read about them first I wouldn’t have been so naive. The old saying is correct, “if it’s too good to be true it usually is” AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Just a scam, avoid and never use again, I ordered 3 items value of £148. excuses like it went missing and delayed, I used paypal for payment so I may have protection there, items still not shown up and doubt they will. Very bad company,if it even exists!

Bought expecting as detailed luxury corduroy, received cheap nasty man-made nylon type material. Poorly made with hanging threads and no shape: only shape could be described as a sack.

I bought what looked like a lovely winter coat it took over three weeks to get here and when it did the item or no resemblance to the one advertised.

I contacted them their only response was to offer me 20% discount and keep the jacket or to pay £9.90 and choose anything from the shop. They are telling me now that if I want a refund I have to return the coat to Hong Kong which is going to cost me more than I paid for the coat!! Avoid like the plague, they lie!!

When you read their website, it proudly claims, “For over 30 years, Oxford Fashion has been at the heart of classic fashion, rooted in the vibrant energy of London’s iconic Oxford Street. From our first storefront to our global online presence, we remain committed to bringing you sophisticated, high-quality clothing that balances elegance and craftsmanship.” Sounds like a company based in Great Britain, right? Well, you’d be dead wrong.

With a little digging, I discovered that this so-called “iconic London” company is actually based on Yiu Wah Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. How’s that for deceptive marketing? Extremely disappointing.

I made my purchase on Saturday, December 7th, 2024. As of today, December 24th, 2024, I still haven’t received my order. No sign of the items I paid for. In hindsight, I should have done more research, but the items looked so convincing on Instagram that I fell for it. Lesson learned, but I can’t help feeling scammed.

If you're considering ordering from them, don’t. AVOID this company at all costs and save yourself the hassle. Don’t make the same mistake I did

Definitely a scam company - ordered what looked like a really good quality item - sounds like you’re buying from the UK company but the product came from China - absolutely disgusted with the cheap quality of the product - cheap and nasty material - definitely not the size it claims to be - can’t even be bothered to try and go through a refund process as no doubt it’ll be “send back at your cost”. Just warning people not to buy anything from here - cheap and nasty without a doubt!!!

This is a dishonest company that flies by many names. Its product is shoddy and deserves no stars. Their advertised returns policy is non existent.

Very poor. Ordered 3XL but sent size 36. Company disputed this even when I sent photos of size labels and packaging. Avoid!!

Bought a Christmas present for my partner who had seen the item on the website and had bought a similar item for her sister. When received by her sister, the item was a big disappointment; it was advertised as, and indeed looked like a large cardigan, unfortunately it turned out to be a thin, flimsy cloth print.

I did not open my package which arrived over a week later, but requested a refund. Although the responses were reasonably prompt and pleasant, the initial offer was 20% refund and keep the item. Not wanting the item and looking for a full refund, I responded with the requisite photos and proof of purchase.

No surprise when I was informed I would have to return the item to Guangdong, China or I could receive a 25% refund.

The age old adage: "buy in haste, repent at leisure" springs to mind.

Now waiting for response to my reluctant acceptance of their offer 25% refund.

Will avoid this company in future as their name is misleading; head quartered in Hong Kong.

Strongly suspect this to be a bogus company operating from Japan beware..
