I've used Parcl many times over the last few years. Hard to review the service since so much depends on the forwarder you select. I had a great experience recently with RS Logitech who found a hard to locate item during the pandemic and delivered it quickly with no issues. I do ask for a major shipping service and pay the additional cost of that as a precaution.

I needed a medical device from a supplier in the US. The device is not available in EU and the supplier does not ship to EU. Hence I paid a local forwarder in Parcl to buy the device in the US and ship it to Sweden. Everything went well after some initial delays. Good communiation with Parcl and the forwarder along the way.

I literally think that this service is woah that is awesome. Now I can pay someone to buy me things and ship them directly instead of having them into a shipping address and pay again. This is the solution, and I literally love this and am gonna use it again for sure. Now for those who are reading this, these years, it is tough for these people to send the order as soon as you want it, which would be awesome; however, with the Covid situation, other problems that you may not know of will occur, it is hard for them to get exactly when you need it, which is why patience is most important right now. One should bear with these situations, and that is because you need to be in their shoes to know their issues.

It's not cheap but Parcl is a secure way to receive items that aren't available or cannot be shipped to your destination. I would recommend the service.

I have a good experience with RS Logitech but not Parcl support. I couldn't reach the forwarder via sms, cellphone and ask for help from Parcl and not received any response from the support team. Good thing is smooth transaction via the platform with Paypal integration make life easier.

I cannot rate Mark Krickel (Major Shark) from Parcl highly enough.
He has gone over and above to help me make a very difficult purchase from Mexico. I bought an engine block over a year ago, but the original forwarder caused months of delays and lost the invoice! I asked Major to go and collect it from him, which he did after another delay, then there were issues with the missing invoice. Major kept me informed every step of the way with updates and photos, and took great care to pack it using my materials and instructions. It was finally shipped after I tracked down the original seller and obtained a replacement invoice - a year and 3 months after I bought it. I am lucky to have found a forwarder who is helpful, efficient, honest, a great communicator, very patient, and one of the best people you can do business with. The Parcl forwarding service is my first choice when buying items overseas and makes the process easy.

(parcl username: jaholmes) So far, so good. Five transactions done, and with the exception of some underestimated shipping fees (my fault, actually), everything's gone extremely well. This is looking like a great solution for obtaining collectibles and gifts that aren't easily sourced directly. I'll be using it again soon, I expect.

Excellent service by forwarder. Very useful if an EU store is refusing to ship items to the UK because of Brexit. This barrier can be overcome by using the forwarding service.

The service they offer is truly helpful and underappreciated. More companies should work with Parcl to help reach customers worldwide!

My friend has ordered a lot of items from the US to my country, So he recommended this service to me.
The forwarder has offered me a service, So I accepted and paid, After that, The forwarder sent me myus.com public address to me, Which is banned from a lot of shopping site, And I was very disappointed because I paid for residential address for 60$+, Not for 20$ public address

So I asked the forwarder for a residential address, and he/she sent the other one to me, But after I paid for my product, They refunded me and emailed me, Told me that they think the address has a recently frauding activity

I requested a refund, the forwarder told me that he will refund me, But I didn't receive my fund back yet.

But if you are reading this and thinking that the service is bad, Don't think like that, parcl.com has completed a lot of orders for my friends and family, But I was unlucky the first time.

I used Parcl for the first time and I chose Oliver Deng.
He was great and got my items to me in perfect condition. Oliver was quick to answer questions, and I had a lot, and was very nice and pleasant.

Everything went smoothly and if I need items shipped from China again I would 100% use him.

One star off because Parcl itself still seems shaky and if I didn't have a great forwarder I don't trust Parcl would have been any help (based on other reviews).

Overall I would recommend Parcl, and specifically Oliver, but really really do as much research as you can when you pick a forwarder and don't just pick the cheapest or the first person who offers to pickup your order.
