I just want to recommend Parcl forwarder Bilquees to everyone. He was extremely professional and patient in communicating with me and helped me decide what to do with my order.

they dont like competitors registering on their website gaining more clientele than them.

Im in the US and I used this forwarder to obtain a product from IKEA that was only available in Australia. Due to Covid, IKEA was not offering online orders, so these guys contacted their local store to check stock and have my item set aside for in-person pick up. I felt like it took a little longer than I'd expected for them to get in contact with the store and then the store had my item set aside for days before it was collected which surprised me. I think I might just be used to a level of urgency in the USA that isn't global and that's fine! They were all very friendly and understanding and communicative the whole time. Sent me pics during the process, kept me updated, and I received my item a couple days ago! Would definitely recommend!

Usually Parcl are very reliable platform for forward-shipping services. but recently I get a damage item, totally broken, and I just don't get a refund! although I paid for insurance against damage or loss, and Parcl team didn't step forward to help me as I expect them to do so! so now I need to talk to PayPal to get the refund from them!

I could not have been more happy about my experience with PARCL.
