Wish I had known about Parcl sooner. Look, when all the components are added up the service is pricey for sure, but I considered it worth it as I had been hunting a particular dress for 2 years!!
My advice is to choose your forwarder carefully, and cover yourself by choosing adequate insurance etc/ it’s a false economy to skimp should anything go wrong.

I had a great experience shipping from Brazil to Europe with forwarder Atali Dickson. My order was fairly complex, with multiple custom-made items, but everything came through exactly as expected! The forwarder did an amazing job keeping me up to date with every development on the order. Shipping was costly due to covid, but the tracking, express processing, and excellent customer service I got with the more expensive shipping formula were well worth it.
I couldn't recommend this service more!

Excellent service by Parcl’s support staff who took an initiative action to check the tracking number that had error written by the sender. I was the most impressed by this service. Strongly recommended Parcl to those who need a local’s assistance to buy something from online store which requires local address and local payment mode.

First time using Parcl and am very happy with the service. BillandXY provided excellent communication and are active in their updates.

October 2020 - From order to delivery in 6 days (including weekend) with the products originating from Singapore, shipped to Sydney, delivered to Tokyo. The speed is simply phenomenon especially when Covid has significantly reduced flights and package transit times.

To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Will I recommend? Wholeheartedly! Will I be using CE Group on Parcl again? Without a doubt. You will not be disappointed.

The communications was nearly instant, prices was highly competitive and of course the package got delivered in perfect condition.

Parcl is a really cool forwarding and shopping service! Even though I had to pay a bit more than I wanted just out of necessity, I could not find anywhere else willing to go out of their way to ship from Malaysia to USA during the pandemic. VERY VERY WORTH IT!

Worked great for me- the forwarder I worked with was very nice and patient, since it was my first time using Parcl/any forwarding service :) my items got here without issue or delay, and it was reasonably priced! I'll admit I was a little hesitant before using the site, just because it was my first time and I'd never heard of them before, but everything seemed legit- and I'm happy to say, it was! Hopefully this review calms anyone else's nerves out there who's a bit paranoid like I am :D

Previously wrote a review here stating that support was non-existent. I now retract this, the website seems to be under new administration who seem to really care about both shoppers & forwarders and are very responsive to queries & issues. Active efforts are being made in regards to the safety of Parcl. In general, this is a fantastic website and idea, your experience of course depends on the shopper/forwarder you interact with but by and large the community is great, I haven’t experienced any problems yet.

Hello, I understand the reason of the item limit. I would suggest however a feature on the platform that prevents adding nmore than 20 items in the first place. The platform let me make a list of 35 items for the first attempt, but I ended up wasting half an hour copy-pasting links, descriptions and specifications. because the last 15 just poofed into thin air!

I had a pleasant first experience with Parcl.com. Ordered exclusive items from south korea to Canada. Received my package today and everything is in order. Your mileage will vary a lot depending of the forwarder you choose for your order. The platform is rather straightforward, but I have some minor complaints with it: 1. There is a maximum of 20 items per order, but they don't tell you when you fill it. It allows you to add more than 20, but the last entries will simply disappear after creating the order. 2. The customs declaration attachment disappears from the order summary once the package is shipped so you can't consult it at a later date unless you ask for a copy to support or the forwarder.

Speaking of support, they were timely with their responses and professional. I didn't need to go through a refund process yet so I can't attest to that part.

Beware of even high rated forwarders

I had a high rated forwarder as my forwarder and I've wasted 9 days in total, I really don't mind the money it's the time that is important to me, there are forwarders who just accept requests even if they're not capable of doing the purchase, In total I've wasted 9 days, and more waiting for my refund to go back to my account with less than ~43 euros that I originally paid for

I should have selected getting an shipping forwarder myself instead of wasting time and money in this service

I placed my second order with forwarder Oliver Deng. I ordered a pair of Skechers Premium Heritage D'lites: Glowing Sky. This was my second time using him and everything went great. If you are needing something from China, choose Oliver Deng, he is a Great Forwarder. Before placing my 3rd order with Oliver I asked him if he could look at a place on taobao.com and see if it was OK to purchase a pair of shoes from that place, since I can't read Chinese and most of the page wouldn't translate to English. He gave me his Honest Opinion and told me to look some where else to buy them. So I had him order the shoes from skechers.cn. A few days later he says he has to refund me because Skechers called him and said they were out of stock. I asked if he could order them from a place on tmall.com and he did. A few days later they too called saying they were out of stock. As soon as they called him, he notified me immediately and then issued me a refund. This guy is not only a great forwarder, but a great person. I really am so happy with my experiences with this forwarder. If anyone needs anything from China, Oliver Deng is the guy to use!

This service is fantastic. I needed some parts that I couldn't get where I live. This service was able to help me get what I needed and with absolutely no worries with getting scammed. I highly recommend going this route.

I've used Parcl for shopping and forwarding packages from Brazil twice, Canada twice, and Hong Kong once. I've been impressed with each forwarder in terms of their honesty, speed, reliability, and communication. I love this service as it has allowed me to get "must have" goods from other countries.

Recently purchased an item from US through Yannick Libam. Very responsible forwarder, kept me up to date and did everything by the book. Service can be a little pricey, but its worth it if you need something unique delivered.

Before you guys start ordering, i recommend you read forwarder reviews, there are some great people working on Parcl. Funny to read people claiming those are fake reviews, there are crazy amounts of orders getting done every day and real reviews are up for everyone else to see on Parcl. Its a shame people don't find the time to post something positive here. Scammers get blocked and the way to stay safe is to follow guidelines, which are described in terms of service and faq.

I have previously reviewed about an extremely negative experience with a Parcl forwarder and no help being received from Parcl. As of September 2020, I can confirm that Parcl has greatly improved their responsiveness regarding my case and moved swiftly to investigate the forwarder and his actions related to the loss of my parcel. They are also looking into reviewing the forwarder's other cases to ensure others have not been scammed after my complaint which is going the extra mile and is to be commended. They assisted me greatly in receiving an offer of compensation from the forwarder. Thank you for your help, Parcl. It was a long time coming but it's good to finally see that from now on shoppers on your platform will be given the support they need if they have any issues with forwarders.
