I have used Parcl several times and it is excellent. Very useful for getting items where the sites don’t ship internationally.

Excellent service. Forwarder was repsonsive and proactive and I wouldn't hesitate to use Parcl again.

I absolutely never stress whenever I find out that a specific company doesn't deliver to my home country - for I always know that Parcl will sort me out.

I've used the sevice about 4 times now and I can't be any more impressed. Everything is clear and transparent, and the forwarders are quite helpful if you're not knowledgeable on shipping, box sizes, etc.

I'm looking forward to my next shipment :)

I was looking for a release of Nike TN sneakers in a special edition colorway.

After looking after them for months, I found they were still on sale only by Foot Locker in Dubai, which is pretty far from core Europe where I spend most of the time.

I inquired with Foot Locker in Dubai via email, they said they wouldn't ship, and they told me to try finding somebody shipping to my Country.

I googled for a while and landed on Parcl.

The website is crystal clear: you put your requirement (item and destination country) and you immediately get offers from possible forwarders THROUGH the website, so that everything is totally tracked. You don't pay until you come in contact with a forwarder, negotiate the offer if needed, and decide to go ahead with him.

After payment, you receive continuous notifications through the website about the status of the order. You even get the chance to get pics of the purchased item before it is shipped, so as to avoid surprises.

Overall a great experience, and a fantastic addition to my sneaker crate!!! Only regret I didn't know of this service before - I was even planning to fly to Dubai just for that purchase, so this site saved me tons of money :)

Parcl allowed me to buy something that I cannot normally access in my country. The concept is great and worked smoothly for me. The website is a little clunky but has all the functionality you need. I have confidence that the system works and would definitely use them again

I had the worst experience with the forwarder. He is absolutely not reliable. I don't recommend him to work for.

I got an expensive ($1,200) jacket from a forwarder on Parcl and it arrived on time and as expected. I would do business again if Parcl's fees were lower. They were pretty high unfortunately.

I've never used Parcl before but I was wondering if you had anyone with a Washington state address on your site?

I've completed several orders now and have enjoyed the service. It has opened up the world to me to obtain hard to find items. A few hiccups with some forwarders but overall experience has be great.

Parcl platform is easy to use. My forwarder VirtualSurvivor is very helpful. We had an issue with other shipper because they don't have available shipper in our country so he had to find another shipping provider which is DHL and to get a label and advice me the best option to take which is cheaper from other services and helped me on how reprocess my order and gave me a refund of my other order so we can proceed with the new order and with the new shipper/transport company. He's very responsive and get back to me just to check the status of my DHL delivery. Very good customer service. Highly recommended forwarder company.

Props to Nicholas Low. It was my first time using Parcl and was skeptical at first But I’m glad to get to work with him. He was friendly and well communicated. His price is also cheaper than other (he doesnt charge more for taking pictures after he received the product). I got my clothes from UK and was very happy with the service.
I went to this site to check for reviews and saw a few people also shout out to Nicholas so I was pretty relieved that he is my forwarder.

Tried parcl for the first time very simple and easy my forwarder purchased the goods for me and shipped it out to me as soon as they received it. I will be using this service again!

Horrible experience. It been 2months since after payment. Parcl didn't seem to response to my issues. This will be the first and the last i engaged such a forwarder service. My advice is stay away from Parcl.

Fraud: shipper did not send items, customer service did nothing and does not respond to contact

Parcl is a great site! It allows you to by items from any where in the world even if the seller doesn't ship to your country. It is a great package forwarding service.

Parcl is easy to use and there are enough forwarders to choose from. Do ask the forwarder first if they can accept PayPal, because only PayPal can be used if you want to pay through the Parcl platform. The fees are reasonable and the overall experience was smooth. My goods arrived intact. However, the box containing the goods was a little loose and not well protected enough and not well taped. Maybe I can request that next time. Not sure if it will cost more.

It won't be cheap but you get excellent service and peace of mind.

Excellent service to get international packages for us - mortals who live in too backwater places for seller to send them directly. Was a true lifesaver to me. Used it once and had a great service.
