Thank you Park Insurance for handling a claim against us, which would have completely drained our resources as a micro business. They handled everything carefully, the timelines were very long, but everything was extremely thorough and the case was finally closed with a positive outcome for us as a business as we know we look after our skaters.

I haven't had need to claim lucky and hope not to so cant comment on that side of things but my impression is they would be supportive in the process. Plan to keep using them. They send out auto emils with no reference saying that you have renewed? You call them and cannot find any reference of the auto email sent because the auto email didnt have a reference.

Superb, prompt customer service

Extremely easy and pleasant experience. Got my insurance cover sorted very quickly. 5 stars!

I first contacted Park Insurance about my Polaris Ranger as I was paying a lot for a vehicle that only works on my land, driven by me. They came up with a really good price and so when my property insurance came up for renewal I came to them and once again they came up with a much better deal. Their staff have been very courteous and helpful. All I hope is that when renewals are due, they will be as diligent as they were in the first instance.
