Woeful customer services, sent item back about a month ago, zero updates. Had to chase them to confirm it had been confirmed, finally hear back and two weeks later still no refund. Sent chaser after chaser but no reply....must really need my 150 euro :)

There was a factory defect on a pair of shoes that I purchased through their website.. It was been 2 months and no respond at all..

Stay away from this company..

They received my return and said it would take 7 to 14 days for my refund to arrive. It has been 25+ days : no refund and they didn't answer bothbof my emails. They are basically trying to steal money from me... I guess paypal is my last resort to get my money back.

Would actually vote minus star if I could. What a joke Patta is indeed. Ordered a pair of shoes and shirt. Got two shirt from one gent in France incl. all the information of this person (GDPR) infringement at its best!
I was asked to ship back the wrong package - with the remark I would get my correct one only after arrival, indicating I could do fraud…
I shipped the wrongly received order back to Patta. After I had multiple follow up’s via phone and ignored mails that ended in one month without action. Result is I have zero shoes and shirts of Patta (which I am actually happy with) and after a month of struggle finally managed to get a refund after I flagged I’d continue with a legal claim!

Really bad customer service from the guy at the cashier so much aptitud like i was so lucky to get a chance to buy something from there so i decide not to buy although the other members of the staff so friendly and really helpful

Received wrong shoes, emailed only responsed after 4 to 5 days, took forever to generate a simple return label (still waiting for them to send me the label), When i buy shoes from Nike , New Balance and other webiste, they will generate return label immediately, really do not understand how Patta customer service works.
Not impressive at all. will avoid in the future.

Would give this minus star if I could. Not worth the one star. Terrible customer service. No care for the customer at all and no ownership when contacted.

Customers have a right to return within 14 days and receive a full refund without charge. However patta are holding their customers to ransom by not allowing clients to return the items without having to pay the extortionate fees. £72 I was looking to be charged for an item I have not received. BOYCOTT PATTA. Buy trainers from Mercer instead. Ordered from mercer at the same time fantastic customer service didn't have to pay nearly 50% additional to receive the items and decent trainers.

I have had a back and forth with Patta on this without them being specific to amounts and essentially saying I have to have the item. If I don't want the item I have to pay £72. Ridiculous.

Terrible service. When i ordered a pair of trainers it said it would be free shipping! but i got charged £12!
The worst thing is when UPS delivered them, i had to pay an ridiculous EU import charge of £87.00! how is that 20% of the item which was £147.00 it should be £29.40

hello patta Amsterdam! after 3 months that I made a purchase from them they got the wrong delivery address, UPS sent them back the package because the address is good since it's been 3 months that my package has been in the depot of patta Amsterdam Netherlands , since they don't want to deliver me again, I even offer them to repay the delivery, nothing, they don't want to know, whereas I live in France, I call them 3 times at the store, nothing, nothing!!! customer support at home they are bad !! please do not buy anything from THEM !! thief thief thief

Online did buy a pair of sneakers from these guys. The order came in quick but in hand really hated the sneakers so sent them back. Had to pay to buy a return UPS label (even from NL to NL) at €5,65 and noted they wouldn't refund their initial €6 shipping costs. So loosing €11,65 on this buy. But that's not the worst, after shipping them back they didn't refund. They confirmed they had received the pair and after that nothing anymore. Still have a PayPal claim open to get back my money. Prestigious brand but actually service at pawn store level, don't buy there!!

Update: Payment got refunded through the PayPal claim :-)

Order arrived in SW England 36 hours after I ordered it, and the delivery cost was reasonable.
I’m very happy with my order, finally I have a good quality ash tray! And the hoody is good quality and fits perfect. Nice one Patta!

Items missing from delivery, emailed multiple times and sent dm on Instagram, no reply!
I will be claiming my money back from the bank and never buying from Patta again.

Ordered a sweatshirt 3 weeks ago. Had a UPS tracking number but it says the parcel hasn’t been passed to UPS. Have emailed Patta several times but no reply, they still have my money and I have no sweatshirt! Totally unbelievable! I can’t believe I’m dealing such a cool brand and they have such terrible service. Crooks!

Ordered a hoody over a month ago received nothing! E mailed 5 times no response had to open a case with my bank to try & get my money back , really dissatisfied. Basically no customer service whatsoever take money with not Fulfilling your order rubbish!

Goods we have paid for, haven't been delivered. It is now two months after order. No response from website holder to e-mail, telephone calls or whatsapp messages.
