Bike is great, my only slight negative would be DX are not so good. The tracking available on such an expensive item should be more accurate. Also the box when it arrived was pretty battered, luckily I have found no damage to the bike. Would definitely use Paul's again but I'd probably collect.

Amazing service.

Ordered a bike on the Saturday before bank holiday Monday. Changed my mind on colour and emailed them but genuinely expected drama. But no, they emailed first thing on Tuesday to confirm the change and the bike was delivered Wednesday…..to Wales. Amazing!

Cannot recommend enough. I’m now going back for another one.

Well what can I say the guys at Paul’s cycles was super helpful . I had few questions on sizing . As I was unsure what to size to go for . And they was spot on and the bike fitted perfect . Arrived fast and was a fantastic price .

Very easy process if you know what bike you want. Ordered mine online for collection from the shop. A text was received when the bike was ready. Upon collection once I was happy with the bike paid for it and took it away. Really lucky to have a local bike shop that stock all the brand names and more. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Love my bike! Cube Kathmandu 800. Received excellent advise from Simon on my first visit to look at e-bikes, then again from Simon and Paul when I went back to view and purchase. The service from everyone was superb. It was great to have it delivered although I think I’d have preferred if it was delivered completely put together. There was a lot to do to get it from the box to the road. Lovely little note from Emma inside the box though so that put a smile on my face. Now trying to work out how to get it back for its 6/8 week service!

Brilliant service and great price on Orbea mountain bike, ordered on Tuesday, expect the following Mon/Tues after assembly and delivery, but it arrived on Thursday. You can’t beat that!

Really great bike at an amazing price for the spec that's on it. Super quick delivery, ordered Monday night and delivered Thursday. 4 stars because there wasn't much in the way of instructions for setup so had to Google most of it. When I got our last EMTB from another company it came with literature for all the components (but that's probably down to the bike manufacturer)plus tools. Also the delivery company gave no communication whatsoever although I could track the order to a point it was just lucky that I happened to be in a 2pm when it arrived. That being said I would definitely buy from Paul's cycles again as the bike is perfect in every way. Also came with pretty descent pedals as well which was a bonus. Thank you so much.

Straight forward with no hassle and quick delivery. Helmet damaged during transit but replaced straight away. Wouldn’t bother going anywhere else if your after a bike of any kind.

This is the second bike that I have bought from Pauls and as with the first the service and the bike are both brilliant. Great bikes and really well priced it's A++++ all the way from me.

Bought an electric bike that was delivered in a short time and was well packaged. The communication was also good.

Placed the order via cycletowork voucher on Monday. Order confirmed Tuesday. Arrived Wednesday.

There was a missing item on the order which I phoned in about, the phone was answered immediately and the item shipped the same day.
