There was a missing item on the order which I phoned in about, the phone was answered immediately and the item shipped the same day.

The bike was packed and shipped very quickly. Upon unpacking, everything was in perfect order; the shop is highly recommended.
There is one thing regarding the delivery that I would like to mention.
The bike was delivered right to my door without any prior contact regarding the delivery day or time slot. It was left in the hallway outside my door for about three hours; meanwhile, the DX delivery app stated that the shipment had been signed for and received by the recipient—something I never actually did.

Over a decade of good service
I bought a road bike from Paul's Cycles over a decade ago. When I came to looking for a new gravel bike I was happy to see Paul's was still trading and still offering really competitive prices. I ended up buying my new bike from Paul's, its a Ridley Kanzo and it was reduced in the sale. There was a bit of a problem with the delivery of the bike but that was down to the delivery company but Paul's customer service were excellent and quickly rectified the issue. I've been that happy with Paul's Cycles that my partner also purchased a new bike from them. All in all a great company to deal with and will definitely buy from them again.

Unfortunately the courier company they use do not inform you when your bike will arrive. So it delivered even if your out !
