Ordered a personalised bracelet as a birthday gift for my daughter in law. It took a wee bit longer than I had expected to arrive, so I mailed customer service who replied promptly and assured me it was on the way.
They kept in contact, checking that it arrived and that I was happy with the product. It did, I was, and my daughter in law was absolutely delighted with her gift.
It was good quality and I will definitely be purchasing from this company in future.

Initially I had a small issue with a bracelet I ordered. I wrote a review and to my surprise I was almost immediately met with a response from the customer service team to address the issue. The team was amazing and assisted me beyond my expectations of online purchasing. I was truly blown away by the professionalism and superior customer service shown by the team from start to finish. The products I purchased were two tiny bracelets and they are lovely. The fit is comfortable and they are so cute, very true to the image. Highly recommend the product and you will not be disappointed, should you need to reach out to the customer service team :)

This is the best cat bed I ever bought for my anxious kitty. I bought the bed back in 2020 and my cat immediately took to it. It's the only place he'll make biscuits in and also has helped when he gets anxious. Lately, my cat has been going through some medical things (as he is older now) and every time I see him struggle I bring him this bed and I swear it helps him calm right down. I watch him close his eyes and sink into this soft bed every time and stay in it until he feels better. If anything I have a piece of mind knowing he is able to rest in his favorite spot. Because of this, I had to leave this review. Another plus is how easy it is to wash, 5 years and absolutely no tears or anything from the machine wash.

On receiving my earrings l had a slight issue, which l addressed in my review. I was immediately contacted by the company, they addressed the issue and replaced the item immediately, no questions, quick and friendly emails.
I can't recommend this company and their products highly enough. I will definitely be a repeat customer. AAA+++ You can definitely purchase with confidence.

There was a shipping mishap by the postal service and I did not get my order. When I contacted customer service and sent them all the tracking details and explained I never received my bracelet, Jane from customer service immediately resent another AND tracked the shipment up to the point it was delivered! I was so happy to receive my bracelet.
The quality is beautiful and the customer service is beyond five star rating! Highly recommend this business!

Very pleased with my paw bracelet. Packaged in gift box and little bag so also a great gift. I was concerned as took a little while to arrive (not realising company in Ireland) I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I would recommend this company.

This is my second time purchasing a necklace, accidentally lost the first one. There was an issue with the Australia post, I contacted pawsome couture and they investigated and reshipped my item promptly! I had constant communication and update from then, as well as a friendly professional emails. I am extremely impressed with their attention to detail and actual customer care. Their products are also amazing, I often get compliments when I wear it!

On my most recent order, one of the rings wasn’t quite up to the same standard as the rest. Things like that can happen, and I get it—but what really stood out was how the situation was handled. I reached out to their team and was helped by Maria, who was an absolute gem. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and made the whole replacement experience smooth, professional, and actually kind of enjoyable (how often can you say that about customer service?).

The new ring arrived quickly and was perfect—back to the high quality I’ve come to expect from them. Honestly, it’s the way a company responds when something goes wrong that defines true quality, and Pawsome Couture nailed it.

Having grown tired of the chintzy collars from the pet store, that would break, I ordered here. I didn't realize the company is in Ireland and my order took a while to arrive to the US. When I queried on the status, Jane responded quickly and kindly, informing me that it was caught up in customs, but that she would keep me informed. Soon after, she shared the shipping document, and the collars arrived on the expected date. They are very nice, soft leather. Jane even followed up to make sure that I got them. When I was able to get them on our cats, they all seemed relieved, as if to express, oh, they're not stiff and plastic -- yay. I am very pleased with my Pawsome Couture experience.

Jane was so wonderful! She followed up with a message keeping me up to date on the transport of my item. Exceptional customer service. The necklace was so pretty. My granddaughter loves it. Her puppy got very sick and passed away so this was in memory of him.

I ordered a beautiful collar and engraved name and number for the collar, it took a little longer than I expected for the delivery, however that was out of their control. The goods came and it looks absolutely beautiful. Very high standards and the communication was top notch. Thank you

After me sending a crappy message below, it transpires my old email had attached itself to my order - my fault. All sorted now and very impressed with response!

Money has come from my account but an email said nothing had been brought and cart was abandoned. I messaged two days ago, no reply

We received our necklace yesterday. My daughter opened it and loves it. We lost our sweet Hylie on 5/14 and she was the best. We miss her terribly and always will. My daughter has this necklace now that she can wear and feel close to her all day long. It's perfect.
