One of the most complete payroll/human resources software programs available. totally awesome to have a dedicated account rep that you can reach fairly easily and actually develop a working relationship with!
The new offerings that the company offers as well as accompanying new product training is fantastic.
While we do not utilize all aspects of Paycoms enormous range of abilities we do utilize most of it. over the years i have used nearly every major payroll software but Paycom gives you all the scope/tools any company could need and is totally scalable to fit any organization.

Like - My dedicated specialist, Cory Lanier and her team provide great customer service. They respond via phone and email promptly.
Dislike - I'm unable to access the courier settings of who and how our checks are delivered. to make changes without having to call. Real waste of time.
I'm unable to receive quarterly CA state payroll reports automatically without having to request them each time.
We have to use an outside broker for our benefits having to do 80% of the work ourselves compared to ADP Workforce.

I like that Paycom is an all-in-one system. I like that we can utilize one system for so many different things including Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance, etc. Since joining Paycom a few years ago, they have continued to make improvements to the system and there are monthly trainings on those improvements- large strides in truly providing ROI for their customers

In June, my company decided to leave ADP and conduct business with Paycom. From the beginning, there have been nothing but issues. Not only had Paycom made an error in entering my tax filing status, but to date, they have yet to correct thier ERROR. I am not the only employee struggling with Paycom. There are several other employees who have yet to be paid correctly and several others whose benefit deductions have been mishandled. PAYCOM has clearly demonstrated that they are unable to manage workplaces with various pay scales, multi tier benefit structures and complex
scheduling variations. They have very poor customer service and do not respond to employee issues in a timely manner. Just terrible!!!

For the most part, Paycom has been beneficial. The ability to track my PTO and check paperwork from the documents menu has been very useful. My biggest complaint is the fact that I still have my previous employee account as an option when logging in. This also made it difficult to set up my new work account.

The best part of Paycom is their employees! There's not much Paycom can't do with their breadth of services and reporting capabilities, but your lifeline will be your Customer Relations Manager and Payroll Specialist. Both your CRM and PS will do everything to help you succeed.

There is better and timely communication when Paycom wants to make a sale and they are getting a contract signed. As soon as first payroll is complete all bets off and they are on to their next client and the system is not fully operational and there is not walk through. $4k for implementation and it is difficult to get in contact or a get follow up.
