My Paycom specialists have gotten better and better since I've started. My current specialist contacted me to discuss my payroll processes to see if he could help automate or improve it. Sure enough, he found a way to include a set of approximately 40 employees that I was having to add manually to payroll, every two weeks.

I have been using Paycom for about 4 years now from my previous employer and my current. What makes Paycom great is its easy navigation. The software system is organized and categorized well. I was able to learn the system fast and train others easily when onboarding. Paycom does a great job in enhancing the system and releasing the spotlight videos to show the updates. I feel supported by the representatives when I need assistance and love how I can easily reach them via phone. I appreciate how Paycom accepts constant feedback from their clients to improve and make their software even better.

I got a proposal from Paycom for 8 employees and total upfront investment was about $2500 dollars to start. Their system seemed to be user friendly and helpful but the cost just to get started was way to high for small businesses. They should focus on Medium to Large companies if they are going to charge so much up front.
