The airline dropped the last leg of my journey from my booking. Ren, Michelle and Carmen went above and beyond to ensure this was rectified and I was able to make it all the way home in a very friendly and professional manner. Made my stress levels decrease straight away, and I will definitely use Pay Later Travel again :-)

BE AWARE- check prices with other sites.
Pay later claims they do not work in a credit type model and are more of a layby model of purchase(see FAQs).
I have searched multiple flights on both pay later and the most popular flight search engines.
The price differential between pay later and the other flight searches may surprise you.
Pay later price searches reveal they charge from 15-20% more for flights than other providers. This is essentially a credit card level of interest or an enormous booking fee.
Please be aware of this when booking.
1000% legit.. The airlines cancled my flight the day I was supposed to fly out and this company actually emailed me to see if everything was OK and did I need help to rebook. Airline also offered me a full refund and paynow travel later was helpful wirh me getting my refund. This is my new travel goto company. Ten out of ten.

They need to be able to adjust the price of the airline tickets accordingly as they adjust. Most all booking sites will match price changes if the cost goes down except Pay Later. Will not use them again.

The communication sucks. You can’t make changes for the prices you paying the online portal to talk to people they’re rude and a waste of money I don’t recommend this site to anyone
Do not bother with this service.
I had a trip planned for the end of the year but had to cancel it due to uncertainty regarding the global climate. The customer service was appalling, no one understood my situation, I was told I was unable to get a refund or my ticket cancelled, and not even a credit for a future air fare after I paid the ticket in full ($2000). The customer is always right? Apparently not. Shame on you for not being understanding and not doing a single thing to change this awful experience. Do not waste your time.
I was doubtful at first but I used Pay Later twice and had to change my travel and they help me without any problems.

I booked the wrong flight and figured it out straight away. Got onto the online chat. Spoke with Mio and he was able to cancel my flight and let me rebook with a full refund in the 24 hour grace period which was amazing.
