Do not buy here

I ordered the item on 13 July with indication that it will arrive on 17 July. It have passed already 7 days and no delivery, no solution. Only after a lot of efforts from my side I get reply that they will contact to Npie Sarl who is the seller from PcComponent’s side.
No customers service, no answer.. I would not recommend to buy here as you need to calculate a lot of your time and stress to get your item.

Poor customer service that requires lot of patience from the customer

I've made several purchase in the last 10-11 months.
Some were fine and arrived in time.
Some were not that grat being the fact that the packaging was damaged, though the product was ok and at least it arrived in time. I was okish with that.
Now on my last oeder, a 2600€ display, Samsung Ark, they picked the worst logistic company ever Redur, they are more than a week late, I can't cancel the order as the product isn't delivered. I have a strong feeling that the product is lost. I can't ask refund since they want the product returned to the warehouse.
I'm forced to contact the delivery company which doesn't answer to any call or form of contact.
One of the worst experience ever and apparently without a solucion on their side.
Not to mention that I wasn't contacted not even once to receive updates and every time I called and wasted 30 minutes to speak to somebody new in order to solve my issue.
I think if someone purchases something from them should be prepared to take legal actions in case of situations like this.
Totally, 100%, I don't recommend.

The transport company told us that the order would be delivered yesterday, in fact the order was delivered but we verified that it could not be that way. We have once again complained about what happened to the transport company to try to expedite this delivery as much as possible.

Don't trust the delivery estimates

Bought a Starlink kit from them, it said it will arrive on Monday, the 1st of July. Emailed them to make sure they stick to their promise. Been told it will actually come on the 2nd. Not to be trusted.

Be warned

Be warned
Don't buy! If anything goes wrong, they just won't help you. Bought a TV. It is defective after 5 months. Trying to get this fixed WITHIN LEGAL WARRANTY. Solution from this 'company' : send the TV for repair and never get it back!

Good, trustworthy seller with dishonest, shady practices and excellent support

Charges €640.40 for a PS5 with 1 game. Advertises fake delivery date, replaces with actual, later delivery date after ordering. Sends order confirmations from no-reply addresses. Hides contact/support e-mail addresses. Otherwise good. Good prices and support (if you can find/reach it) and fast delivery.

Update (04/16/2026): Fully reimbursed me for a defective robot lawn mower after ~1 year of use.

What a JOKE of a company

What a JOKE of a company, origionally said order would be dilivered in 5 days, well 1 Month later we have recieved the order, the only reason there was any communication was when I asked an they made it seem like you were bothering them, Not a way to run a company, highly recommend shopping else where

This is one of the worst experience i…

This is one of the worst experience i have had. I built a pc and paid for it to be built and tested. And the first time I received the pc everything was working fine even tho the pc did not come with any proof of it being tested. The gpu had coil whine so I sent the pc back so the gpu could be changed and I was asked to send only the gpu which I was not comfortable with as I don't work with PC's so I scheduled a 100% remote help with the technicians which never showed up I then had to call up and was told that they would try to contact technician and he ended up calling me. Where I explained the issue and he seemed to care as was up to help but that was not the case. I sent the pc back, waited almost 2 weeks and got the pc back with no display at all, I tried to speak to a technician again and booked them again but again nobody showed up and this time nobody called as I was told they don't like to speak English so they don't accept these requests from Portuguese customers. So I was expected to buy a 2k € pc and have no tests done on the machine and no technician help whatsoever. When I sent the pc back again, all I wanted was for it to work and at this point it had already been 1 month and still no pc. And normally they would offer a free component or offer for the wait but no. They only offered to do one thing by email and it was to change the gpu again even though there was no issue with the gpu and only no display. So these people do not send out working pcs and then received them back don't test the pc. All I received with this pc was a lollipop and so proof of testing. When I asked to speak to a technician it was refused. And know that I asked for a refund I was told that what I paid for the building and testing of the components was not to be refunded even though I never received a fully functioning pc. And to this day I still have not received the full refund. Where I was missing 300 euros. In short if you are a gamer do not put your faith in this company because these technician could not care less. Very disappointed and I gabve them multiple chances to fix what happened only they never wanted to.

As to the reply, multiple agents told me you don't have technical support for Portuguese customers. I did not ask for redund in credit and I did speak to a technician which promised the issue would be fixed yet you sent me the pc back with no display which says everything. You do not test pcs before sending them. And of course I wanted a refund 1 month went by and no pc, no communication with technician. What do you expect. You need to improve

Missing items, no support.

I ordered several items, the order was split into multiple deliveries and some of them arrived within days but some never arrived and it's been a month.

Support doesn't respond to tickets or emails, the chatbot is unaware of my orders, nobody has helped, terrible shopping experience - I regret not using Amazon instead.

Horrible experience buying from PcComponentes.es - product not delivered, refund denied.

It all started on February 1 - I needed to purchase an iPhone a couple days before my flight. I searched the internet and bought the phone online at PcComponentes.es because they promised to deliver it within 24 hours. The delivery was to be made by SEUR to one of their delivery points. I went there the next day. However, they did not deliver it the next day or 48 hours later. I had to urgently buy the phone from a regular retail store. I wrote to tech support explaining the situation, that I would not be able to get the phone in the next few days, went to the delivery point, warned that a package should arrive in my name, left my phone number. And left Spain for a couple of weeks. All the time the phone was listed with the status "in the process of delivery". When I returned from my business trip I checked the order status on the website and what was my surprise when it said that the phone was successfully delivered two weeks after the order.
After that my adventures with communication with pccomponentes began - I wrote a ticket, called them and got the answer that "my application is very important, they are dealing with it and you need to wait". When the status of the application did not change in a week, I wrote a second ticket and started calling. It should be noted that it is very difficult to call them - one call out of 10 is successfully connected. The answer is standard: "your request is very important, they are dealing with it, please wait". I personally went to the delivery point, of course my parcel did not come to them and they did not hand it to anyone.
Today (March 04) I received an official reply about the results of consideration of the complaint, here is the operative part:
"After reviewing your incident with the departments involved, we have verified that the goods were prepared correctly at our facilities. Similarly, there is no record of any anomaly in the delivery process by the agency. For this reason, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the incident and are closing it."
Thus, according to PcComponentes delivery of the ordered goods within 14 days instead of the promised 24 hours, such oddities as the time of delivery at 6 am at the pickpoint, which works from 10 o'clock, the physical absence of the recipient in the country (there are airline tickets and hotel receipt) are not anomalies in the delivery process.
So if you want to play the lottery by giving your money for the product to PcComponentes and hoping that it will arrive to you, you can take a risk. My experience shows that in case of non-delivery you will be asked to wait for a long time and do nothing, and in the end they will close the ticket without finding anything suspicious. I don't think that my case is completely unique and it's the first time they lost the goods on delivery. But further behavior of the store is completely unacceptable. I warn everyone against making purchases in PcComponentes.es.

Very good experience, have purchased a laptop from them in Italy, laptop arrived with some deffects and i have to retrun it unfortunaly, but the return process was very straight foward, the support staffs was very helpful and they gave me full refund just one hour afer they have recived the package which is super fast. The only complain i have was that they seems to use gls to ship to Italy, and the gls is not a really reliable campany in my experience, they are slow and delays alot. But i would definatly recommand to purchase from them.

Do not refund money or replace the product

I ordered a lamp from this store as a gift. Since it was a gift, we only opened this lamp and checked its quality 10 days after the product was delivered. The return period (5 days) mentioned on the website had already passed. But how I was supposed to open the gift and check it, I don't know.
After opening it, it turned out that the lamp was damaged inside.
The support refused to refund the money or replace it with a similar item.
I will not use this store anymore.

The worst company I ever bought from in…

The worst company I ever bought from in terms of responsibility and support!! I bought a laptop and because it was very hot, I returned it in person and now 7 days have passed and they have not returned my money and they give different messages that the money will be credited to me in 3 to 5 working days, then they say in a few days and today They also say that we have not received the laptop at all!!!! I do not recommend you to go because it is the worst possible company to buy and support

They lost the laptop and threatened and fought, I really regret my purchase, they didn't even give me the email of the senior manager or the complaint registration form, and the emails were all prepared and didn't say anything new.

Everything wrong since the beginning

Everything wrong since the beginning. Order a TV, received a broken one. Problems returning it and receiving a new one. Problems communicating with the customer service. Problems with the delivery company. 0 apologies, 0 solutions. Simply a non go, better to buy in Amazon next time.

Sentimos que hayas tenido estos problemas con los artículos recibidos, primero con el televisor golpeado, siguiendo con la reposición que no se pudo entregar al recoger el dañado antes y tercero porque hayan vuelto a entregar el paquete con dos síntomas de haber recibido golpes en el transporte. Hemos revisado las fotos facilitadas por medio del ticket #4358402 y comprobamos que son dos golpes que al ser un paquete grande, siempre se puede recibir en el transporte. En teoría, como dice el compañero, el embalaje lo suficientemente fuerte para soportar el viaje en transporte. Para poder comprobar el estado de este es recomendable poder abrirlo. Entendemos que se trata de un regalo y no se puede abrir antes de unos días (navidad). Nos mantenemos a la espera de que lo podáis abrir estos próximos días y nos comentéis su estado. Esperamos que esté todo bien, en caso contrario avisadnos por medio del ticket #4370410 para poder generar un nuevo reemplazo del televisor.
