When I confirmed the payment for 49 pence. I did not see the 39.99 subscription fee. Which would automatically start after 48 hours. So please be aware of this. As for the actual site. I found it very easy to use, for converting my document. It did what I wanted it to do. So overall I am happy. I had a small issue regarding my account. But after emailing the customer support centre. They were very helpful and understanding. And the problem was resolved.

MISLEADING WEBSITE!!! AVOID!!!

Similar to others I purchased a document for 49p which was fine for my sons CV, there was no mention of the 39.99 subscription which they have said there is!! It clearly stated 49p per document and my son or myself did not see anything about the subscription I agreed to terms and conditions but as I have said no mention of a subscription, the subscription has not been used and they are refusing to refund the 39.99 which is a complete joke!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scammer alert 🚨

First time they charge £0.49 just to store your bank details and few days later will take £39.99 from your account. Thank God they couldn’t take £39.99 from meas there wasn’t enough funds but they tried

This is a disgusting company. Total scam the way they operate. You pay 0.49p for one file converting and you think that's great.....BUT you are signed up for a monthly subscription of £39.99 per month. This is 2 days after you paid the 0.49p
Their response is that you didn't cancel the subscription after the two day of it being free.
What a way to do business to scam people out of £39.99 every time they use the site being tempted by 0.49p. If someone doesn't check their bank weekly this comes out of the bank every month. This company doesn't even care if you can afford this and to me they are just as bad as the cold callers that illegally scam people out of money. If this is the only way this company can operate then shame on them. Please beware it has cost me £40.48 just to convert 1 file.

Brilliant customer service

An absolute scamming company. Paid for an item of 49p and they have been taking 28.80 out my account for 5 months and there is no way of contacting them except a contact form!! When u purchase it does not show that you are subscribing

Took money out of my account! Subscribed me to something currently having a battle getting this back.
