Can you please refund my £28.80 because I have no subscription with your company whatsoever!!!! I have reported this as fraud!!!!

Just to add, there is NO transparency in your services and your contact form lacks functionality!!! That says a lot!!!

I would like to thank PDF for refunding the money straight away in my bank, I would also say as I was in a rush to convert a document and did not read the statement below about the money coming out after 2 days. Sorry to PDF for the bad review and it has made me aware that you should always read any offer before using a site, so I have amended it to 4 star.

Free trial went well and customer service was very helpful in following up with an account issue

They charge you 49p for 48hours and then automatically they charge £29 per month, be careful SCAM YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION BEOFORE THE 48 HOURS! DON'T USE THEM!

PDF centre offers a great service which is quick and easy and the customer service is super understanding. I will definitely be using the service again!

I Made a mistake and didn’t cancel my subscription in time, sent them an e.mail explaining and was sorted out straight the way. The PDF’s they did for me were excellent and fit for purpose, thank you very much.

UPDATE: I have now recieved my refund, thank you for sorting it. I do feel that you would benefit from changing something within your website though to stop you from consistently having this issue. You'd then not have to deal with the costs incurred from sorting out the refunds.

I needed one document converted, it draws you in to an attractive 47p. I was in a hurry, didn't see anything about a subscription. If it was obvious definitely wouldn't have used.
Checking my bank 2 weeks later and £28.80 has left my account.
Went onto the website to try and access my account which I wasn't able to do to cancel the subscription I was unaware of signing up for. Someone got back to me who said basically "it's clearly stated" I beg to differ.
I've asked for a refund and not heard a whisper apart from confirming they've cancelled my subscription.
You can't get through to anyone on the phone as they are still playing the covid card.
Awful customer services, awful company. You can't refund some and not others.

I signed up without realising for a subscription when I only needed support with a single document. They were very helpful sorting this

Initially used the website to help out a friend with some paperwork, the website does clearly state that it’s 49p for the first few hours and then increases which is fine, I didn’t think this would be an issue as I was going to pay my 49p, quickly turn a document into a pdf and then cancel the subscription because I would no longer need it. To my horror, the website would not allow me to cancel the subscription and apparently my account doesn’t exist meaning I can’t access it to cancel it???? Which is funny because i had to set up an account to access the 48p trial. Make it make sense! Also the contact page on the website doesn’t even work, I constructed an email to try and explain the issues I was having for the page to end up not doing anything after pressing submit, probably a fake page to make the website look real.. I would stay away unless you want them to start taking £28 a month without you being able to stop it. A complete scam if you ask me, I have reported to my bank to try and get them to block them but who knows how long that will take. regret ever submitting my card details. please just give me my £28 back and cancel my subscription.

The PDF converter worked as advertised.

Scam ... you will be completely robbed AVOID AVOID AND ASK YOUR BANK TO BLOCK THEM

I had to call my bank and block these people from taking further money

I've never spoken to these people but the bank said they are aware of them and their "business "

YOU ARE GIVEN A CHOICE TO CLICK ON A TRANSACTION CHARGE OR A SUBSCRIPTION MODEL AT £28.80 A MONTH. THE FORMER STILL CONVERTS YOU TO A SUBSCRIPTION MODEL EVEN WHEN YOU HAVEN’T SIGNED UP FOR IT AND YOU’RE REQUIRED TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION YOU DID NOT SELECT WITHIN 48 HOURS. THIS WAS NOT CLEAR ON THEIR WEBSITE. I WANT A FULL REFUND.

Easy to use even for a technophobe like me and I have been impressed with their aftercare/customer. An honest business that I would be happy to recommend.
