Excellent customer service. My complaints was promptly responded to and resolved.

I used yesterday and paid 0.49 But today when I checked my accounts they took out £28.I don’t why they took out my money without my permission.I will not recommend these cheaters.Please don’t subscribe otherwise you will lose money.I will take action legally.It’s happened at 18/08/2023.

This company is not trust worthy at all. I purchased what I thought was a one time conversation to pdf of a small document for the price of 49p, only to see £28.80 come out of my account today from the same company.
I did not sign up to any subscription, so how can they do this?
Beware, like so many other reviews, this is very deceptive and then, when I tried to cancel this “subscription” I can’t, as I don’t have an account because I didn’t sign up.

Update: After I sent a message to the company, they issued a refund,

I have had the same issue as previous users. The fact that we would automatically be enrolled to a monthly subscription of £28.08 after the one off payment of 49p has not been stated clearly on the payment page.
Furthermore- the 49p I paid for my document to be converted into PDF did not work either, I ended up receiving a document that converted my letters to symbols instead. I tried calling them and heard an automated message saying that no calls can be taken due to covid19, so they are clearly not answering calls. £28.08 was then taken out of my account a couple of days later, I then emailed them and was told I am not entitled to a refund? This is really unfair and possibly a scam. Please use alternate websites instead. I will be involving my legal team.

Update: I have finally received my refund after 3 weeks, had to chase them up after 10 working days.
It may be advisable to change the layout of the website as multiple people have been having the same issues over an extended period of time.

Taken £28.80 from my bank and won’t refund me for a service i didn’t consent to and have not used what an absolute joke this website is, yeah it states on the website you can get a free trial but would only make sense to put it somewhere more specific such as when your going to pay? couldn’t recommend less need to get it sorted and if anyone knows where i can find a phone number for this company please let me know as i can’t get into contact any way other than the contact form on the page UPDATE - after refunding me as a good will gesture for the initial payment, they have proceeded to do it yet again a month later and charge me £28.80 again even though my subscription was cancelled

Avoid! Unless you’re crazy and willing to pay an extortionate fee they will seemingly charge you 0.50p to have a document converted. Unwillingly, when you sign up to receive your document they will also start charging you £28.80 p/m. I now need to go through the process of getting my money back.

Edit:
This company has kindly and quickly responded and are now sending me my refund. Although they say it is all highlighted in T&C’s, it is still very unclear.

At least, through all of this, the company was professional in the customer service response and they did convert my PDF doc to a word format which worked well.

Fantastic service and quick email response times

I paid 50p for a PDF conversion Friday 2nd of June (which didnt even work). Today June 4th I have just been charged £28.80 and I have made no additional purchases.

Went to convert one file for 50p and they’ve charged me £28.95. I don’t have that money to spend. I can’t seem to get onto their website to contact them either. Can anyone help me?

The same as other reviews I wanted one pdf conversion for 49p and have been charged £28.80 for 3 months by the pdf centre for a service I did not ask for. I feel like I have been scammed, and want my money back.

As for the service it is well worth the .49p to change my file was perfect. I was however misled by the subscription at £28.80 I really think that is something that can be more highlighted before taking payment. Response time with my complaints was satisfactory and am now expecting a refund. Thanks

I used this service to transfer one item and was charged 49 pence, this was done very well however now that I’ve looked at my bank statement I have discovered that they are taking £28:80 and are supposedly taking it out every month. After the initial review I was contacted by PDFcentre and the issue has now been resolved. My thanks to them. However be advised to check very carefully if you use this service.

The PDF centre was very user friendly and I was able to convert my document easily. The team were extremely prompt in dealing with my issue and solved it speedily and with kindness and good grace. I highly recommend their service.

I used the website for a quick Pdf alternation and was highly impressed by their service.

PDF Centre have refunded half my 4 month's subscriptions for file conversions following my mistake in inadvertently setting up a subscription when I converted one file. For this I thank them. However I do feel that setting up a subscription was too easy and should not really follow on from converting one file unless you actively request it.

I had to contact my bank to cancvel all future payments, despite using the cancellation form on the website.
