I was critical of PDF Centre in previous reviews but to be fair they completely resolved my issues in a prompt & efficient manner. A full refund was also issued.

Cannot cancel subscription
As others, I paid to convert one file, then noticed 5 payments of £28.80 leave my account every month. I have tried both by email and the online form to contact them as the cancellation page does not work, and have also had to contact my bank to stop the payments. I have contacted yet again this morning. I have now paid 5 payments for a service I have not used and do not want. Very poor service.
About to contact Trading Standards.

Same SCAM
Same SCAM as others report although even worse. I paid 49p for one scan but then have setup a recurring monthly charge on my credit card for 28.80

I totally agree with the previous reviews. They are scammers! Charging £30 making you think you pay £0.49!
Do not buy their service because they will charge your account with £29.90 without your permission!

Turned out alright in the end
I misunderstood the website and found to my surprise that I had taken out a subscription which I did not need.
The Company were however very understanding and arranged a pro rats refund

Avoid! You think you paid a few pence then they charge £28 pm unknowingly
Like many many people, I have been duped by these people. Paid a one off cost of 49p to convert a file and after 2 days they took £28.80 out my account. 3 months later on they’ve taken another £28.80. I have no subscription with them and aren’t using any services. Money grabbing scammers.
