Were were recommend Perfect Group following our commercial premises being flooded.
From our initial point of contact through to the furniture being returned, everything went smoothly.
All furniture was extremely well packaged and removed from site promptly with great care.
The team that returned the furniture were an absolute dream team. They turned up, knew exactly what they were doing and where everything went. They went over and above what was expected of them.

We were directed to the perfect group by our insurance company. We needed to loan some furniture following a leak in our home.
The company contacted us very promptly, They were extremely efficient and helpful when ever I called. They were very flexible with delivery dates and even when I had to change a date this was not a problem. The removal team were Steve and Joshua and both went the extra mile to ensure that the items were moved into the house very quickly and efficiently. Samantha in the office was also extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend

The teams both days were on time, efficient, did a great job and were kind, polite and very attentive and helpful. I would gladly use Perfect Group again, and have already recommended them to a neighbour who is moving soon.

A great experience with Perfect Group.
Took the stress out of moving day, a very efficient, friendly and hard working team.
Connor was great with the initial quote and keeping in touch when anything was needed.

Having initially being booked in for a Saturday, Perfect Group were unable to do the initial date due to other jobs they were attending, however they rearranged for the next day and didn’t change the agreed price. Lewis and Yash arrived on time, and took all the items I required with great care and were pleasant to work with.

I would highly recommend this storage company! They work so professionally and so perfectly that I couldn’t stop myself from giving 5 star reviews! They were so organised to put the stuff and put them back. Their customer service is very helpful and quick to respond. Kian, Steve and jack were absolutely amazing! Perfect Group were appointed via our insurers to pack and move our items into storage before significant works are carried out on our home.

Faultless service from start to finish. Communication was excellent. The removal men were very friendly, hard working and they helped pack my items with care and professionalism. The catalogue of my goods was impressively comprehensive so I felt very confident that nothing would go missing. I would definitely recommend and use this company again for both removals and storage.

This company are absolutely outstanding in all areas from start to finish. Their admin team at their head office branch in the South of England are fantastic, special mention to Kaitlan Whiting, who was so polite and kind on every occasion. The removal guys were utterly fabulous. This team was from Walsall, Birmingham. My move back to my property after a period of time away due to a rebuild was made so much easier as they totally took control and looked after my stuff as if it were gold! Special mention must go to Lucas, an extremely hard working professional! He worked non-stop after a 4 hour drive to get to me and nothing was too much trouble. He spent ages, patiently working out how the transit bolts went into my washing machine and removed them the other end. He totally gave his all to the job. The two lads with him were extremely willing and hard working too. Nothing too much trouble. All very polite and capable but if I move again, I would want Lucas to be in charge of it! Thank you, Perfect Group, you are perfect!

I had an amazing team help me move house and they were so professional, friendly and efficient! In particular Tom Q and team leader Liam were impeccable. Took great care with my belongings and made the day completely stress free! All my furniture was built in my new home and my belongings unpacked. The team are definitely a huge asset to your company!

Our business had been flooded late last year but due to the drying processes not being successful, we had to quickly get all of our premises cleared to enable strip out and repairs. The team (managed by David) who came and did this for us we extremely professional, courteous and treated our possessions with care in what was a very stressful time for us. Would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs

I had a terrible experience. Perfect were moving me in and out of my temporary accommodation (my flat got flooded). They were careless, broke *the same thing twice* and acted like it's no big deal; They were 2 hours late and then still left at 5pm, leaving me with more than 50 boxes packed boxes because 'we only unpack to flat surfaces, and we ran out'. When I said, I'm clearing them up, and what about these other surfaces? they said, oh no, that's not what we do, you can't clear them up. I said in what universe is 'unpacking' leaving someone with 50+ still-packed boxes?? When I told their manager over the phone that the first team reassured me everything would be done in time (the job was across two days), he told me I shouldn't have spoken to any of the workers. When I said, what about the fact that they were 2 hours late this morning, he was annoyed and said 'Well, they were stuck in traffic', making it my problem (what exactly did you expect, there to be no rush hour traffic?). They do the 'inventory' of your stuff but they don't check against it, when I asked how do you know all the stuff is here, they looked at me like I have two heads.

TL;DR Unprofessional, sloppy, with no sense for what customer service is. Avoid.
