Very poor response to emails
Very poor response to emails now ignorning them and no number to call. They sent me an email to say results were ready but the certificate was blank. Then said it was 15 working days for results now on day 20! Wish I used a different company. Only now finding out that many people saying the results are not reliable. Ehat a waste of money and time.

Most breeders are proactive and arrange their DNA testing many months or years in advance of breeding their animals. We're sorry that a delay from one of our biotechnology suppliers led to a delay in your test results. However, we would always recommend that testing is carried out far in advance of any breeding of a dog.

Changing the name of the animal owner on a DNA test certificate that we have issued is not a trivial issue. DNA test certificates are open to fraud and a change in any details has to be evaluated carefully.

You can't answer the basic question, you have the PRA 4 RCD4 test but it's not written for which poodles and the employees can't answer.

Thanks Yvonne! We know that some breeders would prefer a phone line but unfortunately the few spoiled it for the many. We stopped our phone line four years ago after a small number of abusive breeders ensured that we would rather deal in writing with the large majority of queries to ensure our staff were treated with respect.
It's been 3 weeks and no results yet.
Sent back two swabs for different tests, one swab received on the 2 July the results were ready on the 15 July. The other swab also received on the 2 July and it's now the 24 July nothing received. I've tried emailing several times but no reply. the online chat is a bot and no phone number. I'm wary of companies that operate like that. If you have a query or issue you should respond promptly. At this point I can do nothing but keep emailing and hope I get my results back but it's not looking good.
