Absolutley terrible service.

First of all the website goes down with password is not working for you to receive a results. Then I find the process the wrong test on my dog and there's no phone number to get in touch with anybody so when you email all one receives a bounce back and four days later I'm still not able to get in touch with them to recify this.

Regular updates on progress. Informed sample received. Testing underway. Expected completion by date

Ordered a test, did not get the results just an email stating 'all clear' and a blank certificate. 'All clear' is not what the test was for. Despite kind requests for the answers I paid for, I am now being ignored. This seems to be nothing more than a scam company.

Super easy service to use. Awaiting results but cannot fault them so far and useful dashboard to view status of the test

Fast response once order placed on website and kept informed along the way. Very comprehensive instructions enclosed. It just took a little longer than I would have liked although it was in the timescale published.

I test all my breeding stock and puppies and have done for years. In the early days I used this company. I have recently had a litter which showed some anomaly’s with the puppies results. On contacting the firm they were most unhelpful. Stating the terms and conditions which say that to complain you need to do it within a set time frame of two months. It is only now that I find the anomaly results that I have had cause to question their results. Why would I have questioned the results within a two month timeframe. I assumed that they carefully completed the tests I had ordered in good faith. Please do not use this company they do not have any idea how important these results are to future breeding plans and simply don’t care if they get it wrong. Disgraceful customer relations. I have no choice but to retest with another laboratory at my own expense because of their ineptitude.

Inexpensive testing which is great to show our buyers so that they know their puppy has all the correct testing carried out.

The test kit came very quickly. Simple to do with simple instructions and advice on posting. Now awaiting the results. Fingers crossed 🤞. I used you as the sire of my pup had his DNA done by you.

The swab test kit was delivered in a very punctual manner. When it was Received back with pet genetics they wasted no time informing me it had arrived and tests were being undertaken.. Still waiting for results
