I have been dealing with Philip Bannister's Hessle office for the past 8 years with both rental properties and the sale of property. I cannot praise them highly enough.
They are all extremely professional and efficient but more than that they are kind, helpful and always have time to answer any questions.
Zoe was so helpful with all my tenants,the easy ones and the difficult ones. Alex is great and his photography skills are just brilliant. Sue is a 'tour de force'! She liaises so well between buyers, solicitors and vendors - a real star!
So lovely to deal with a family firm that really cares about their clients and works so hard to please all their clients.
I will miss you guys so much but a massive Thank You to you All for everything you have done on my behalf. Yvonne

We have previously used Bannisters, absolutely brilliant service from Sue. She goes above and beyond her call of duty, kept me and my buyer informed at all times, did sales chasing, worth every penny, highly recommended their service.

Everything from the initial meeting, the marketing and promotion and the advice was spot on. I would particularly like to thank Charlotte who's advice and guidance in completing a difficult sale was invaluable.

we were not just ignored after our offer was accepted like some agents, she established the length, strength and validity of the house chain, she then kept our sale on track over the following weeks, she was also supportive to our buyer with advice and guidance.

We purchased our ideal bungalow through Philip Bannister Hessle and I would like to praise the outstanding service we received from the staff and especially Sue McAuley. We were given very little information from our own estate agent and solicitor but Sue was able to keep us informed at all times and resolve situations that were out of our control and offered reassurance that she would do her best to get the answers that we required ( which she did). We cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend Sue and her team.

Sue was great keeping me informed of what was happening every step of the way. She also liaised with solicitors and buyers to make the whole process very easy

Sue was more than helpful through the whole process of our purchase of the bungalow, she kept in touch with all parties involved and kept us fully informed on a regular basis. Sue was the most helpful agent we have ever dealt with and we would highly recommend bannisters to buy or purchase a property.

Jennie dealt with my purchase of a house throughout.
She was very lovely, polite and helpful throughout the whole process which was fantastic for me being a first time buyer.

We recently bought a house through Philip Bannister. Jennie from Philip Bannister had made a genuine effort to understand our circumstance and stayed in touch regularly during our search. We lost the house we wanted but a month later it came back on the market and Jennie rang us immediately. We have very recently sold a property through Philip Bannister & Co and I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff involved but especially to Sue and Jennie. The property was marketed and sold within a couple of weeks and from that point Jennie kept us regularly updated ( as well as chasing up the solicitors ). Nothing seemed to he too much trouble !
