Wasnt expecting such a quick turnaround.
It was a little expensive, then again it is 2000 miles away from me, so cant complain. Would use again.

I had asked them to deliver a birthday cake a few days before my birthday. But on the event day, they started making excuses that they can't deliver. As soon as you ordered them, they will not reply to your messages nor they will refund the order amount. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

This is a fraud company. Please i hope they will close this company and they are just taking money. They took my money without delivering the flower. At first pretsy said that they will arrive the item same day because I ordered same day that’s why i use this shop. Then the flower didn’t came when i follow up with them they said tomorrow. Then when I follow up again tomorrow again. Everyday tomorrow. They are very bad people pick flowers!!!!!! You are a lier!!!!!You are taking our money and you should know how important this thing to us!!!!!!

I wish I had looked at trustpilot before ordering flowers from this awful company. I order a birthday bouquet 5 days in advance for a friend's birthday, to be delivered in Switzerland on May 27. I had numerous problems with the order and spent literally hours on the live chat (sometimes waiting more than half an hour with no response) before the problems were finally cleared up one day before the delivery. Of course, then the flowers weren't delivered. Back on the chat, with the promise that they'd be delivered one day late. They weren't. Back on the chat again, and this time I was told that they'd be delivered on May 30th - 3 days late for a birthday! I cancelled the order. Hopefully I'll get my money refunded - especially as they charged me twice.

Scam company. Promised delivery by Mother's day and charge a premium for it. Did it arrive? NO!!!! Did it arrive the next day??? NOOOOO
Promised to refund full amount since they did not keep their promise.
Then suddenly 2 days after scheduled delivery, the flowers arrive and it look NOTHING like what was ordered. And the company now says they are not going to refund. SCAM COMPANY!
Why should people pay premium for flowers to be delivered on a NON PEAK period?

I bought a spa basket and a trio order of cake, teddy bear and heart shaped rose bouquet to my girlfriend on her birthday, April 16. The flowers I ordered was not the flowers that was delivered, totally different, same with the cake and the teddy bear. The spa basket did not arrive at all, not the wrong one nor the right.

Now one month and 3 days later I am still trying to get a refund. These thieves keep coming up with excuses, the first one was "Please be patient and wait for 7-9 days", after 9 days I sent another email and they said "it will actually take 9-12 days" I waited for 3 more days and they told me "Your money will arrive in 2-3 days". Now it has been that long and they refuse to reply my mails anymore, my mails are just being ignored and no money has been given back.

Please, anyone who reads this, DO NOT BUY, do not support these scumbags.Your order will likely be messed up, and your money will be gone and your requests will be ignored. These people are thieves who will take your money and ignore you. Their so-called "100% refund guarantee" is a joke, and so are Krish, Sam, Presty and the rest of the thieves working in their so-called "customer service".

I ordered flowers for my mum that did not get delivered after 1 week had to chase the company for a refund still waiting, their customer services is dreadful. I would not recommend this service to anyone this is a scam so disappointed

They refuse to cancel my order. They don’t say they refuse - they just don’t do it and react. On live chat they tell me it got cancelled but that’s not what the customer backend says. Customer is not king and I failed to find this before I ordered. What a waste of my time and money, this business should not receive any orders anymore.

I ordered before checking reviews as this website was much cheaper than anywhere else to send to Islamabad. After reading reviews I actually did not think they would arrive so I placed an order from a different website. However, surprise, surprise, they actually did deliver the roses, on the right day as promised. Maybe they are trying harder now. Or maybe it depends on which local florist they contact.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend before checking reviews, which is a rare occurence.
After the order was done I found them on Trustpilot much to my chagrin.
I decided to give them a chance since the money was already paid.

My first round with the customer service was on saturday, the day that the flowers should have been delivered. Of course it wasn't delivered and they changed the date to monday (11 of May).
By now I was visibly annoyed and was contemplating just issuing a refund from my bank since I always do my online payments with my credit card rather than my debit card, but I decided to give them a last chance.

Monday comes and lo and behold, the delivery was actually on its way.
They had contacted a local florist in Thailand for the order, which did a wonderful job with the bouquet of flowers.
The bouquet was nothing as advertised on pickupflowers.com, but was actually tenfolds better.

From now on I will order everything from this said florist.

Absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Didn't get flowers, said it was delivered on my account history even though it clearly wasn't. My order *magically* became delivered after I complained to customer service. Customer service is inexistent. Didn't get any confirmation of order or delivery. If you're still not convinced, note that their "company" operates internationally delivers flowers. Flowers will not be fresh even if they decide to deliver. This is not a company but an absolute joke, only operating to steal your money.

Ordered flowers and was guaranteed delivery TWICE but still haven't received them! What is the point of buying for mothers day to not receive them on that day!?!?!?! TO TOP IT OFF customer service sucks when they do FINALLY respond!

2 days delay on delivering the flowers, plus the customer service is not friendly

I ordered a dozen rainbow roses, they were delivered a day late and instead of 12 roses they sent 8!! Good luck getting in touch with anyone trying to fix the situation!

I cannot agree more to all the negative comments that get posted here. Everything that was said I experienced it personally myself. Can't believe a company like this actually exist - WHAT AN EYE-OPENER for the OPPOSITE WAY! They don't even deserve a 1 star from me.

It was a bad experience. I have ordered flowers for my mother for special ocasión. It was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of May. Late in the evening since the flowers were not delivered I have contacted them on live chat, I was assured that it will be delivered tomorrow. Still not delivered, money charged. I didn’t get any emails-saying that the order will be delayed. Today I have contacted them once again-after providing my order number-complete ignoration. No money, no flowers, no explanation as well as no solution.
Do not use this company!

The 1 star is simply for the fact I got flowers. My boyfriend got a fraud message when paying on their website, they were delivered a day late, no vase, no bow, different kind of flowers, and much fewer than what we had ordered (9 instead of 20 as described on the website). I talked to them via chat and on the phone and they were awful. First no response at all, then on the phone it was near impossible to understand them due to incredibly loud background noise. They also called on Easter Sunday... PLEASE DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER! THEY RUN A SCAM! My boyfriend is very upset his birthday present to me came with such a huge amount of awful customer service and extra work for both of us. We asked for a refund but we are yet to see that happening..
