Terrible do not use

Terrible do not use. I ordered two items to be delivered from their website. Firstly, I was informed the flowers I ordered were not available and that they would substitute them for a different option of similar flowers. After approving this they sent flowers nothing not like what was ordered and still delivered the order late. The second item has still not been delivered almost a week after ordering. Upon contacting them online (as their contact numbers do not work) I have been refused a refund on the second item. Both items were indicated in stock and able to be delivered by chosen time. Do not trust website information or images indicating products.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Order made in plenty of time for flowers to be delivered on 21st December. It's now 20.34hrs on 24th December and the flowers have not been delivered. I have been assured twice that they would arrive and let down.

I've been offered a partial refund - can't see how that would work - they haven't delivered anything! I wish I'd gone to the reviews first and shopped somewhere else. I feel robbed.

Terrible

Terrible. Flowers noway near to how they looked on the picture, and very - very small bouquet. Card was totally messed up, and full of symbol errors (? signs all over).
Delivered a day late. No customer service replies at all.
If possible to give 0 stars I would. Terrible.

Dreadful service from Pickup flowers.com

I, too, wish I had read previous reviews! I ordered a plant for an elderly friend in Germany, to arrive from a local florist on 01 Dec, or so I thought. I received no confirmatory email but fortunately had screenshot the order confirmation, so I had a reference number. I tried live chat to ask about the order but was timed out, so decided I would just have to wait in hope. Today I checked and apparently it is still in transit with DHL, 3 days after my requested delivery date, from a different town entirely! I suspect the plant will be in poor condition when/if it arrives. To be fair, live chat worked well this time, even though the news was not what I wanted.

Service terrible, no refund

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend in a different country. Not only did the delivery not succeed, but they wouldn't even give me a refund. Support line is absolutely horrible. I've worked in customer support myself and this is just disgraceful.

Ordered a Black Forest gateau for a special birthday got delivered instead a cheap chocolate cake with someone’s else card inside. Customer service shocking company reverts to lying to get you off the line. Would never recommend them.

They are horrible and scammers. Never use this website!

They are horrible. I had to purchase a wreath for a funeral and it’s as not cheap. The wreath online was purple and white tones but the actual product that arrived was red flowers! Who the hell put red flowers for a funeral?! Not only that it was half the size online. Never ever purchase from this website. The support team online does not help and all their phone numbers doesn’t work. They are 100% scammers.

Very quick delivery of the correct…

Very quick delivery of the correct item. I never received any confirmation email but when I contacted the chat on the website Krish was super helpful and informative, got all the information for my order for me immediately and provided me with the tracking details to show that the item had been delivered the next working day, even before the funds had left my account. Very good to deal with and would use again.

Promoting with birthday occasions but cannot deliver on time...

Moreover, the customer service is just awful, so don´t waste your time and order somewhere else!!

This is definitely a scam

This is definitely a scam. I was charged $120 for delivery in Norway. The following day I got an email saying they are trying to reach me as there is an issue with the delivery address (I've sent many things to the address) and no one had called me or the person I was sending the flowers to.
They then give you various numbers in different countries to call and give details of the delivery but none of the numbers actually exist. You then try and get hold of anyone online and no one will speak to you. TOTAL SCAM AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM.

Pickupflowers.com will take your money and deliver you nothing.

I ordered a few items amounting the a few hundred US dollars. They could not be delivered so I requested a refund. I've contacted support 6 times so far. Each time they told me to wait ~2-12 days and it'd be resolved. I've wasted so much time on what appear to be empty promises. They never sent a single receipt upon purchase or to my request either. I've been patient and polite throughout this debacle. but sad to say this company is a scam.

Poor delivery service

We ordered heavenly bouquet to be delivered to Taiwan. Ordered to be delivered on the 08/10/2020, arrived 10/10/2020. Contacted on line chat 4 times. They lied and said they were out for delivery when they were not. Said they would send notice of delivery, they did that after I complained again. The flowers were not as described, mo notification about that. Wrote an email of complaint, this is what I got back no apologies

Dear Customer,

Thank you for the recent order.

We have noticed the order and we dont see any issue in the product which was delivered.

Hence complaint is closed

Delivery has not been completed

Delivery has not been completed, all questions are answered with templates: they have problems, they have updates, give 24-48 hours and we will refund your money ... They will not return anything! The money was returned only through the bank through which I made the payment - a refund. Do not trust the scammers and do not waste your time, nerves and money !!!

The worst company scamming people I sent flowers to my mother in law suffering with cancer in South Africa from the United KIngdom and they sent old looking flowers are you serious DONT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET Sent so many emails and they telling me they delivered a similar product completely different t to what I paid for and I didn’t agree to that you pay for hat you see advertised and I will take this further people don’t buy go somewhere else

Total scam. Ordered flowers for anniversary. They called to verify credit card. Now asking me to send scanned copies of card. Sounded like scam, asked to have order cancelled, still no refund. Wonder why they needed verification when they charged me anyways?

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS, ordered a birthday present for my FIANCE... had a chat with customer rep, i was told that the order is on its way, and will be delivered in 2 hours. 1 hour late, received a call... we are not able to deliver your ORDER and blah blah blah...such a Bunch of $#*! PEOPLE. After going through other REVIEWS, I am in serious doubt that if my money would be refunded now or not. Just to top it up, ITS NO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, just a bunch of INDIANS sitting some where in their homes and operating this website. SO BEWARE of THESE SCAMMERS

DISHONEST DECEITFUL SCAMMERS!!!!!

I have never been so disgusted with a company who will promise you anything to get an order but once they have your money, negate on ALL responsibility. Promised Delivery of specific date which was crucial it must be this date & discussed at length with customer service team Presty and Krish who guaranteed me before ordering, then as soon as I ordered they emailed me right away to say they won't deliver on that date. Offering no refund. Won't respond to emails and numerous calls. Then when I do manage to get through, keep making promises but it's just empty words. Also i requested extra flowers and they asked me to write this in special request when ordered, and they'd get back to me, but heatd nothing back and they didn't deliver what i asked for and when the flower eventually turned up (too late) it was droppy and bruised! Not good enough!!! No integrity or honesty in this company and now my lawyer is on the case! They offered 10% refund which is not good enough. Lies lies lies! Please I'm warning you, save yourself the stress and runaround and deal with a genuine business! These guys should be shut down, they don't even seem to care about their name and reputation. The manager was never available to speak with and the customer service team who took my order was the same ones receiving my emails and calls so i felt like they were covering it up. I would like to give the manager benefit of the doubt but he seems to be constantly unavailable and in hiding. Very disappointing as I am wanting regular deliveries overseas but Pickup Flowers are just taking people for a ride and when an issue arises, they don't want to know about it. SCAMMERS!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. A lesson for me, I should have let it go and save myself all the stress and worry it's caused me trying to chase them up but I believe other decent humans have the right to know what these people are like. I'm still shocked at how another human being can have no sense of morality- right and wrong! I am still waiting for refund for the goods and services promised but not delivered as agreed.
