Never order from them!

never order from them if you want to avoid dissatisfaction.they send completely different flowers ! missing chocolate and get well note! they don't stand by their policy of full refund or replacing the order . offer 10 % but going back and forth for at least 50% money back. extremely difficult to deal with , phone lines do not work , chat cuts off as soon as you tell them the reason. stay away! i wish i read reviews before!

Flowers never arrived. Refund given.

I ordered two bouquets for Valentine's Day. I paid an extra delivery charge for both even though they were going to the same address. Every day I was told they would arrive the next day, and they never did. I spoke to agents by chat and over the phone almost every day over a two week period but never received a proper explanation as to what was going on, they just apologised. I was also told by phone around 18th February that the delay was caused because it was busy at Valentine's Day - not only is Valentine's a foreseeable popular time of year for florists, but I had ordered the flowers two weeks in advance and paid two extra delivery fees to guarantee a Valentine Day's delivery. For compensation, they offered me a discount on my next order - even though I already received a discount code for the same % when I placed my original order. I was then told the flowers I had were not available and was offered two other bouquets. In the end, I cancelled the order. It took a few weeks to get a refund but I did receive a refund for the full amount. Altogether, I wasted so much time with nothing to show and I disappointed two family members who were going through a really tough time.

This website is a complete and total SCAM! DO NOT order from them, they will steal your money. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had such a terrible experience from any company ever. This is next level scammery. I wish I had looked it up on trustpilot before ordering.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Not only they are not able to deliver what they sell on their website but they do not deliver on time. In addition, there is absolutely no reply when you contact them on their live chat. NEVER AGAIN

I’ve waited almost a week after the…

I’ve waited almost a week after the delivery was supposed to arrive and nothing.
I’ve emailed twice and no reply.
Wasted $100 and my girlfriend thinks I forgot Valentine’s Day.

Arrived a week late. Flowers looked good, but still no communication from them.

I would not use this business again.

I would not use this business again and would recommend that others find another vendor for their flower purchases and deliveries. I made the mistake of not reading past reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. While the purchase noted delivery happening on the date requested, the flowers arrived 3 days late. They sent 2 emails stating they had tried to contact me, but failed. I responded to the emails, confirming delivery and buyer information. Customer Service did call, but at 2330 on the same day as the order, while I was sleeping. I returned their call the next day, confirming the information. I received another email asking for confirmations. While the flowers eventually arrived, I had ordered the Pink Infusion basket, and what arrived was not what was ordered. There was no basket, a small glass vase, and small number of flowers, some of which were wilted. While I understand COVID restrictions may slow delivery, this experience was far worse than we have had with other deliveries for other things over the past year.

Scam

Ordered £100 worth of roses only to fine that they have not arrived. Called the customer service to find that ‘no one is available’. Do not use this website, simply just a scam.

SCAMMERS

The 12 Red Roses for Valentines day were paid for never arrived, Customer service member Bella lied and said they were out for delivery. They never arrived. I asked the next day where they were. Bella said they are out for delivery today. They never arrived. So i tried to contact customer service on the 15 February to ask for a refund. They ignored me, the only response was one given by Kirsh and that was after i closed the chat after half an hour of waiting. This is the worst company ever, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY FLOWER DELIVERY. 100% USELESS NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS>

ZERO STARS

Ruined my Valentine's Day gift to my girlfriend. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered, were partially broken, and showed up over an hour outside of their NINE (9) hour delivery window. When you try
to contact customer service for a resolution, you wait in line for 20 min on live chat, and then as soon as you're connected, no one replies. They're very quick to answer when you have a new order inquiry, but have no response when it's time to live up to their word. TRASH COMPANY.

Using local vendors is fine, but you should vet your vendors, and actually deliver what is promised. Use ANY OTHER service instead!

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. They will not deliver what you ordered. If you are lucky they will deliver another bouquet that is worth 1/10 of the total value of what you paid.

I too wish I had read the trust pilot…

I too wish I had read the trust pilot reviews because I would not have used this company. Like most other people who have written a review, this company cannot be trusted to deliver on time and I'm waiting to see whether they deliver at all....Currently they are over a day late with the delivery.

I would have given this 0 star. I ordered a birthday cake as a surprise which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Yesterday I contacted them after 6pm via web chat and was advised they send me an email confirmation once delivered. Yesterday after 9pm I got the email confirmation. But in reality the cake was only delivered today after 11am. I was so upset and tried calling them and no surprise their UK customer service number doesn't work

I ordered flowers and gifts for valentines

I ordered flowers and gifts for valentine's my purchase went through with out any problems and money was taken from my account. Then I receive 3 emails saying I needed to send a scanned copy of my payment card to confirm the booking. I refused as this is very suspicious and I would never send a company a copy of my card. Numerous emails and phone calls no reply. Pick up flowers have ruined my valentines experience and stolen money. This website should be removed and their facilities to use online banking payment services also removed. They are professional thieves and should be reported. I have reported this as fraudulent to my bank and I will also take legal action against them. People stay away from this company.

So delighted with my order…

So delighted with my order which arrived at my friend's apartment in Shanghai on her birthday. She was amazed that I managed to find somewhere to deliver internationally to her high rise apartment block and said the flowers were gorgeous. They even came with a lovely card and vase :) Also thank you to Mary on the live chat who helped me with my questions. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here as I am very impressed with the service I received.

Don't do it!!!!

I would not even give this company 1 star but had no option. I ordered a gift for a 50th birthday and with the current situation felt at least the recipient would get something nice on their birthday even if social contact was not possible. The gift did not arrive and after many attempts on the online chat (also totally useless as they do not have the power to do anything, they make empty promises and are unable to escalate a call), I tried the numbers on the website. UK number does not exist, USA will put you through to an answer machine that never gets answered. I contacted my bank to list as a fraudulent transaction to get my money back and only at this stage did I get an email telling me they were sorry and would refund my money - unsure if it was my contact with the bank or just a coincidence that I was finally refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SO UPSETTING ALL ROUND.

Selected a date for delivery, and it got delivered about 2 days late, and it was useless then because the occasion had already passed, and we bought from other source. 2 stars because it DID arrive, but way late.
