SCAMMED

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day, they never arrived despite it saying on the website that they have. Their so-called 'customer support' told me on live chat that the flowers would be delivered the next day. They never came, at all. I contacted them to ask for a refund, to which the response was literally 'sure'. These were all red flags, and now, 3 weeks later, there obviously has been no refund and no further contact from them. I've contacted my bank to recover the funds.

Pickupflowers.com is either an utter disaster of a flower company, or most likely a scam, in which case, it astounds me to how authorities have not taken it down yet.

Rip-off company

Ordered flowers for my mom last week and it was made in advance but they still delivered late. Not only that, the flowers were sub standard and the vase was just filled with fillers and leaves. Not what you'd get for the price you paid for. Tried to escalate it to their customer service which was of no help at all and just got a response with that it was in their rights because it was written in their substitution policy. This is a rip-off company.

Scam service ordered flowers on Valentine day never got there on time three days late and all mouldy and when I asked for refund the bad customer service team says we will give you 15% off next time, you really think I will ever order again from you guys this is total scam.

Warning

Warning! Warning! Warning! Pickupflowers is a complete SCAM, I have ordered service delivery to Thailand on Valentine's day and my product never delivered as per order condition. On live chat inquiry, they kept ignoring my chat as soon as I ask for updates, they kept transferring my chat one after another person and every single time I had to explain but no outcomes. Well my service request never got delivered and now I am asking for refunds and they keep using excuses. I am waiting for them to refund my purchase.

I ordered flowers for a friend in Thailand

I ordered flowers for a friend in Thailand. When I submitted transaction, it appeared to duplicate and ordered two orders of flowers totalling almost $300 usd. I went to the support chat and was left waiting for more than an hour. the counter is misleading in that it says you will be attended to in x minutes. the counter does not work correctly. When someone finally attends, they leave often and do not continue the chat. who knows what they are doing. I was never emailed or given an order number. they charged my credit card for the two orders, however they were unable to find an order corresponding to my email address. I went to my bank and had them cancel one order. the following day i spent another 1.5 hours waiting on customer support. they could not give me any status on my order, nor status on delivery of flowers. I believe this company is fraudulent. I have since cancelled the 2nd order via my bank. Terrible customer service. Questionable company at best.

i ordered flowers for Valentine's day…

i ordered flowers for Valentine's day and asked the delivery date on Feb 13. it was agreed on and i paid USD 54 through my debit card. I had to change the delivery address 8days prior to the agreed delivery date. pickupflowers agreed and confirmed. To my surprise, they did deliver the package Feb 10th and to the wrong delivery address, without informing me. i emailed and chatted with them; i told them they need to redelivery to the correct address, if not i demanded a refund. unfortunately, after they told me they would check from their team; now not heard back from my chat messages.
I should have believed in other's negative feedback about their poor service.

No visibility

I did not get an Confirmation mail after ordering. Got a call later asking me the same information I inserted in the from including my last 4 visa numbers. Next day got another call asking me to send them a picture of my id and the last 4 numbers of my card( not sure of they wanted the whole picture or only the last 4). The problem lies in that there were no information stating I have to give this information. Only after I placed the order. And giving an id picture for buying some flowers is a little bit much in my opinion.

Be aware that this company is asking…

Be aware that this company is asking for a copy of your visa cards front and back and your passport copy eventhough the monies have been deducted. Also it was not the first time that I have purchased the flowers and first time they are asking.

SCAM PICKUPFLOWER.COM DONT ORDER ON THIS SITE EVER YOU WILL REGRET

i regret ordering on this site i order them 2 boquet of flower, they deliver it 3weeks late placing it inside a small box and it is rotten already. it is shame to me, delivering rotten flowers to my wife. They promise for full refund but its been 1 month and they email again that they will not refund. This site is annoying as hell..

Very poor Service .I have ordered for flowers

Very poor Service .I have ordered for flowers to be delivered on 18th and today is 23rd Jan.They have not delivered it.
I asked them to cancel my order on 21st and when i am checking for the refund status they are so casually saying "order is not cancelled and we will cancel and give you a refund"

they are not able to provide a service then they are so casual.
I will file a police complain so that this website is blocked and people don't get trapped.

Had to literally beg for information on…

Had to literally beg for information on the delivery which they changed last mi ute to 4 days later than the birthday party day.. Horrendous people rude. Beware of this website. Also sm days ago I got a cake bought from Tesco at my parents house from them. The Tesco tag was still on it. Can you believe that!! I sent them emails n pictures but nothing yet. I'm waiting for them to refund me still.

I tired of reading bad reviews about this company.. I used them back in 2018 and delivery was made of beautful choclate cake.. 2 yrs later i contact the company and within there time limit of sam day delivery they get my delivery done on time and live the chat are there 24 7 to listen and take that extra step to help and calm and make customers feel that little bit extra communication as i say there 14 hours and hace a contact number so why do people give bad reviews. Us unfair and un realistic.. Thnkyou pickupflowers... 😊😊

This is the worst web site I have ever…

This is the worst web site I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest. They charged the money and did not delivered the order sending contradictory e-mails about the reasons why they did not do it.
Now I am trying to get my money back and I still get bunch of e-mail that have nothing to do with actual answer when the money is going to be returned.
Stay away from these guys.

Absolutely atrocious company

Absolutely atrocious company. I received an e-mail advising me that the orders I had placed had been delivered. This is my response:

"I actually find this e-mail, along with the one you sent me regarding order number ****, to be rather insulting.

The orders were NOT delivered successfully! They were placed on 2nd December, for delivery on 24th December, as Christmas presents. Your sorry, shambles of a company could not get that right, despite me chasing the orders up via Live Chat, on Christmas Eve.

Someone called Edward, who was purported to be a manager of some sort, offered me empty apologies and said that he would raise a non-delivery ticket and that I should hear back in 24-48 hours. Well, 72 hours later, having heard nothing I then had the misfortune to be connected to the worst customer service representative I have ever experienced online, Alina. She asked for a couple of minutes to check the problem (your standard script): 40 minutes later, the chat cut off due to no response! I finally chatted with Mary, who promised a result within 24 hours. Mary did seem very efficient and I did trust her word.

As things transpired, the order for chocolate. ****, had been delivered on 26th December but your records did not show that, so I was not advised of that fact. The flowers on this order, ****, were delivered a few minutes after I had finished chatting with Mary. I was advised of this by the recipient, who managed to access wi-fi to be able to inform me.

To say that your company’s performance was successful is self-congratulatory poppycock! Your service was actually shockingly poor.

I would at least have expected an apology for your company’s incompetence but am instead sent two shameless e-mails regarding how well your company did.

You may have gathered that after such a disgraceful experience, I will not be using your company again."

Subsequent to my response, I received a very limp apology that advised me that many orders were delayed on Christmas Eve, as if that made things right. I opine that if the company is unable to fulfil the obligations it undertakes, then it should not accept them in the first place.

Ordered flowers for Christmas Eve on…

Ordered flowers for Christmas Eve on the 24th. They didn't arrive until the 26th even though promised for same day, but it was Christmas and being delivered to Shakhty in Russia, so I can let them off a little. The flowers were fine, very long stemmed roses and in a nice vase. Maybe don't expect them same day but they did arrive and the quality was pretty good.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Delivery was never completed. Moreover I get an email stating delivery was completed well before the actual date requested.

The worst is was customer service saying No when I asked if anything can be done now.

Only comments were will check and get back. Didn’t help. It was our Anniversary!

Feel extremely cheated and duped.
