Horrible horrible!!!! This website is a scam!!! I ordered for same day delivery and it never arrived!!!! The online chat was bs and kept on giving me the same old message. Took my money but never delivered the flowers. Should have read the reviews before i purchased anything from this scam website!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I'd struggle to give one star. Most people deserve a chance, don't waste your time or money on this service.

I ordered two bouquets to be delivered on a specified day, and I was double charged the entire order. So we're not off to a great start.

On the day of the delivery, one bouquet showed up looking like death in all its glory, about 20% similar to the picture displayed. Fine, I'll live with it.

One wasn't delivered at all. Speaking to customer services is like pulling teeth, they simply don't have the information or knowledge of their own business. I was told they had been delivered, being cited the wrong order reference number. They then called me to say that oh we'll deliver it now. This is all after the day they were supposed to be delivered. They still have no firm idea of where the bouquet is, saying it will be done today. Ridiculous. Save your time and money.

Flowers were delivered, but totally different than on their website. They were all still closed (and remained like that first week), only one kind of flowers were there instead of the 5 different kinds on the picture, and customer service thinks it is normal and ignores any question for refund.
Total scam.

My credit card rejected the transaction and I received an SMS from the credit card company saying they suspected fraud and it listed TWO transactions, one from GIFTING INC and the other from PICKUPFLOWERS. Only one of those was correct. A while later someone from Pickup Flowers called about my order and I said I wanted to cancel it.

Flowers never arrived even after one month. Its a scam. Dont trust.

Do NOT!!! buy flowers from this company whose is the worse I've ever seen in my whole life!!!! I ordered flowers well in advance to deliver to my girlfriend on International Women's Day. Moneys were already taken. On the day, I checked a few times with them through online chat and also by phone call as they insisted everything will be okay and flowers will be delivered. Well....in the end, NO flowers were delivered so both of us were left disappointed. I chatted to them the day after asking for a refund, not only they didn't comply and they didn't even make an apology at all. These people who run this company have NO SHAME whatsoever and I certainly would call them thieves and the shame in this world!!

Next time I won’t be in such a hurry when I try to send flowers. I should have looked at reviews first. Lesson learned. These guys are as bad as they could possible be. They were the worst at every single step of the process. DO NOT order flowers through them. Not sure how they stay in business

Big time cheaters, I don't know how to take any action against them. I am ready to even file a complaint against this cheaters in court.

I really feel cheated with the service of pick up flowers.
I checked with the chat person regarding the delivery of flowers at my place (address provided below). The person confirmed twice that delivery is available at the address and asked me to go ahead with the order.
I did check with the team twice and then only I ordered the flowers yesterday morning.
I was expecting the flowers delivery the whole day and delivery was not done the same day. Then I checked with the customer care again and they informed me that the delivery is not available at my place and it is out of service area. and a refund is raised.
I am really frustrated with your service and it is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
First thing: I checked twice with your customer care if you can do the delivery at my address.
Second thing: Even when you were not able to deliver the flowers, you dindt inform me regarding the same and it is informed when I am checking with the customer care service.

Then I sent a mail to their customer care service. They didn't reply till now even after that.
Dont ever order any stuff from cheater site.

Do not under any circumstances trust your money to pickupflowers - they are scammers. My experience has been awful and the flowers i ordered did not get delivered.

This company is very unprofessional. The first time I used the online chat with a person name "Kelvin" I understood that it is better not to use this company. This person was rude and he was giving me answers completely unrelated to my questions and more his english was completely wrong. Please don't use this company. It is for your own good.

Wish I checked these reviews before placing my order. Similar to other customer reviews I am very unhappy with this company. Ordered flowers and cake for friends birthday delivery in the Phillipines. Only the flowers arrived on the day. They came broken and as if they were chucked around a back of a bike or van. Company refuses to refund asking for a photo... the cake never arrived. Exchanged numerous emails and still waiting for money back... Do not use this company. Not worth your time, money and all the hassle trying to get some answers over email.

Unacceptable is too good for this review.
They confirmed my order. It was never delivered. I have queried time and again. Promises of email - never arrives.
I am now in dispute via my bank to cancel this charge

In 2017, I ordered some flowers from this company, to be sent to a loved one abroad on Valentine's Day. Pickupflowers.com told me that they couldn't deliver on Valentine's Day(!) and said they could send the flowers the next day. I cancelled the order and asked for prompt reimbursement. On various different days after that, I had a number of conversations with alleged customer 'service' personnel, who would often go silent for long periods without explanation. False promises were made to me about when I could expect my money back, followed by lame excuses about technical difficulties. I eventually managed to get my reimbursement after several weeks — and I think I only succeeded because I mentioned the name of Gifting Inc.'s Chief Executive (Pickupflowers.com is a brand of Gifting Inc.) The Chief Executive is called Rishi Yadati. Given my own experience and the experiences recorded here by many other unhappy customers, it seems scandalous that this Yadati man should be chief of anything except his own prison cell. The world would be a brighter place without Pickupflowers.com / Gifting Inc. Avoid these scammers like the pox.

Such an unprofessional company. They do promises they can't keep and make you waste your time! So much energy has been put into this and I just wished I had read these reviews before I had completed my purchase...!

Apparently I was one of other many scammed by this company. They didn't deliver the flowers that I ordered and also didn't cancel my order. I had to file a fraud report with my bank to get my money back.

If I could give no stars I would. They took my money and didn’t deliver them. When I went online to find out why they said they are in transit and they couldn’t cancel my order. They still today can’t give me information on when/if they will be delivered. Avoid at all costs or risk losing your money.
