I am a freelance florist and i have been processing the orders for this company (Gifting Inc. - giftsnideas & pickupflowers) for several months and they have scammed me for an amount of $2,409.53 (as shown in the picture). I provided my own money for the capital of their orders which they pay very little compared to what they asked for their customers. They have earned a lot for the orders i processed and they even took the capital i provided, they are thieves and scammers.
If you placed an order to this company in the few months past, please expect me to send text messages from your recipients. I will be seeking help teaching this company a lesson by encouraging their customers to file dispute and refund their payments. I will not be asking payments from you from the order i processed on their behalf but it will help them realized to stop scamming small time business owners like me and for masquerading their legitimacy as a gift merchant.

I ordered flowers for a friend in Europe. I found the website a bit odd- no PayPal payment choice should have been a red flag but I foolishly paid with my visa debit card. I hadn't given a phone number so they emailed me to call to 'verify my order'. I found this odd, but called and was patched through to a call center in India and a man I could hardly understand. The phone beeped once a minute and I started to get freaked out when he wanted me to go over all of my details again, even my credit card number. I refused and told him to cancel my order. I then went onto the website and made sure they canceled. I asked them to send me a confirmation email. I was told the payment could not be stopped but they would refund. (Yeah right!)
After reading the reviews on Trustpilot I contacted my bank and was advised to cancel my card and I also removed all funds from my bank account. Apparently, these types of scammers sell on our credit card details, so please beware. Do not buy from Pickup Flowers.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Delivered the flowers I ordered 4 days late. It was for my sister’s birthday and because they failed to deliver them I asked for a cancellation. However they didn’t reply and then managed to deliver wilted flowers! And charged me £45! Customer service did not deal with this at all and all they said was ‘we apologise’ with no explanation.

This has to be the worst company that you'll ever do business with and if I were you I would never do business with this company it started out I ordered 4 days early for my mom's birthday and then when I call them to say that it hasn't been delivered on her birthday they said oh they couldn't find the place I said well why didn't you call me anyway it took eight hours of back-and-forth telephone calls from my part hundreds of dollars and long-distance calls and still wasn't delivered I would say this company's of Fraud and I would never recommend anyone use it is true somewhere else if if that's the case because they are really a fraudulent company

I've ordered 3 bouquets(orders 01792549, 01792548, 01792547) with delivery on May,05 to Munich airport. I have clearly mentioned the day and a time period when I need these orders. Thru LiveChat we have discussed with Sara (or Sheril, I'm not sure for the name) and I double mentioned the date and a time period. Then I had a call from the company with a request to change a colour for one bouquets. In this case they told everything will be delivered on time.
Then I've waited in the airport, but finally no one called me and I didn't get these flowers at all. I have met my family without flowers and felt upset of it. Then, on May,06 thru LiveChat I have discussed with Nikki and asked return my money back. At the same time I wrote an e-mail to customer service with the same issue.
Then on May,07 I get a call from some airport stuff (SIXT car rental desk), that someone delivered flowers to them for my name. May,07!!! Sure I was not in the airport already. At the same date I get e-mails from DHL that some orders were sent on May,07 (!) for my name. These e-mais has tracking numbers as well.
I wrote one more e-mail to customer service about this issue and asked return my money back. But - silence from them. Then I get e-mail from CEO (i don't know is it true or not, but it was signed as a CEO) with apologies and 20% for next orders. I replied that I do not need any discounts for next orders, I just want my money back at first, then I might think for future orders. Silence.
Live Chat on May,10 with the same issue - apologises and silence about money returning...
Very bad service and company! Very bad experience for orders and communications. Absolutely will not recommend it to anyone.

This company is not trustworthy at all , they have few different websites with different names ; do not fall for them . I think this company just want to pick up our credit card info. Guys please have an eye on your credit card for any possible fraud charge in future. If they do not deliver your order send your credit card company after them. If the credit Card Company like VISA and Master receiving too many complains and charge back from this company they will be sued them for fraud .
First I tries Giftnidea.com and asked them to deliver assorted cookies to my boyfriend. My order was never delivered on Christmas day , they said they will deliver the day after but they never did , I asked for refund and they refuse . SO I told them if you do not refund me I will have my credit card company to do a charge back for me. Finally after my credit card company went after them , they refund me after two months in February . Last week I ordered from Pickupflowers.com but at the time of ordering did not realize this is the sub company of Giftnidea. anyway again they did not delivered my order . I doubt if this company is real.

This service is a scam. I requested for flowers to be delivered to my aunt for her birthday, they didn't deliver it. They never gave me tracking. No emails sent but they called right away upon placing the order to verify credit card information. Horrible. Horrible service. Their live chat service is useless and I will just charge it as lesson learned to not trust online transactions on shady companies like this one. Please be careful!
WORST
WORST SERVICE EVER. Paid an extra to deliver the flowers on a specific date but did NOT arrive on that day. When it finally arrived after a week, WILTED FLOWERS were delivered. Tried contacting customer service but they won’t cooperate, won’t reply and just leave you hanging. They just want the money. This company is a BIG SCAM. Even 1 star, they don’t deserve.
Incomplete order and 6 days too late
Over the past few years I placed a few orders and was always ok. But last order, week before last, was not delivered.. Contacted customer service by chat and 4 days in a row only got the useless answer "we look into it".. When I asked a refund only answer was "send us a email". Only day 5 there was somebody who probably cared and the flowers got delivered.
Only 6 days too late, without the box of chocolate which were part of the order and paid for. My advise: look for another company. I will next time.

I wish there were negative stars. They don't even deserve 1. I write this to warn anyone looking to order from this company.
First, I have ordered from this company for 2 years. Actually the 20th of Feb. was exactly 2 years. Before my order on Valentines Day of 2018 everything was good. Orders came more or less as pictured and designs were very nice always on time. The very few times I spoke to customer service they were nice and helpful. Now we are to my 2 orders I placed for Valentines Day of 2018.
I placed 1 order of Flowers and 1 order of bundled beauty products (different face wash and soaps etc). Neither arrived on time. I waited until the end of day 2 and spoke to customer service. I talked to 2 people trying to get some kind of answer or time frame and they were both rude and unhelpful. This is the threaded email. at this point I just feel its a complete loss and waste of time.
They sent the flowers now. But they were just the flowers stuck in a vase. No design and nothing like the picture. Some of the flowers had dead leaves already.
Still missing one of the orders. I don't even care anymore. Keep the money (since you obviously have no intention to make this right in any way) and remove me from all your mailing lists. It's not worth the headache to deal with such a company any more.
I can't imagine a single way you could have made this worse. I've never in my life experienced shopping that absolutely refused to give you a refund and then sends half the order with the poorest excuse of product almost a week late. It's really an insult.

Avoid this company like the plague. They committed to delivering my order on Friday and it did not happen. Their Live chat was no help either. They will read your question/comment and wait for a while so that they do not have to answer because the live chat will close due to user inactivity. Spend your hard earned money someplace else that will at least provide you with service and a better customer service.

I strongly urge you to read this because this is not a company but operates like other companies that promote their products by only using suppliers and depend on others to deliver services, and they to be honest they cannot and do not have control over them…and this company has staff that are rude, do not respect customers and will always blame you over the supplier so where are your rights???
So, I decided to book well in advance for some flowers for my fiancé and have them delivered to her, I planned this whole thing out and every time I speak to them (which by the way their online support is like speaking to a complete useless AI Computer) they tell me “It will be delivered as ordered” and nothing more…to get that answer you would probably have to waster 30 – 45 minutes of your time from the time you say Hi.
Of course, the day when the flowers and chocolate was supposed to be delivered, spent a whole day trying to contact them but with no hope and the day ended and my Fiancé was left with no flowers or chocolate or an apology call for the failure to deliver. I finally managed to speak to a lady called Sheryl…This is a special one cause you see her idea of what a customer services agent is like she owns the joint and can say, do, interrupt, be rude and HANG UP THE PHONE in your face which I absolutely freaking love!!! NOTTT
Back to the story, this woman (Sheryl) Starting giving me the reasoning as to why they were not delivered as the supplier forgot to leave the fridge on and the flowers turned black… seems to me I was born yesterday for a florist to do that but alright…then the next excuse why they were not delivered was because they were mashed and didn’t look good.. oh and in the process this was an oversees call so it would have been much cheaper for me to fly there and personally deliver them myself! After days of battling today they told me the supplier has confirmed the delivery but is not sharing the signatory and she could not process a refund because the supplier is claiming it is delivered.
In the process of all this mess up, I have been hung on a dozen times, given false promises and mistreated as a paying customer. They are rude, rubbish people to deal with and I strongly recommend against using any of their services they will always find excuses to blame other people and they do not have any control on the suppliers what so ever which is the essential reason why you cannot use their services. Any company that cannot control their suppliers does not have credibility and should be used.
I hope this will help many of the people ordering online and some might say well I used them and they were perfect, my response is of course they will please a few otherwise how else will they scam an entire lot of people??

Ordered Valentines Feb 6th for Fiancee in the Philippines, thinking that was enough time for a on time delivery. Nope it wasn't. I don't think 6 months would have been enough time for a on time delivery.
Attempted 4 times to do Online Chat with there so called Associates but all they have to give is a pre-typed script response, giving an excuse that due to valentines they could not deliver on time....REALLY.... Its Valentines. hire more people.
