Had ordered 2 different types of belly piercings both of which fell out and got lost due to clips/lach not being mad well and coming undone/open. Very disappointing and they have not published my reviews about them being faulty.

Used this company several times. Each time expectations have been met and surpassed. Lovely, good value jewellery, accurate descriptions provided on website, speedy delivery - definitely recommend!

After seeing their beautiful jewellery online for a few times I finally decided to buy titanium hoop earrings with crystals, plain larger hoop earrings and belly piercing. Everything arrived in just a couple of days, but instead of the crystal hoops I received plain hoops. I emailed them and Sanne assured me she will make sure I get sent the right item and that I don't have to send them the earrings back. I have received the correct earrings today with heart shaped sweeties saying "sweet sorry"😊 I love their products and their customer service is excellent🙂 I will be a returning customer.

Absolutely incredible service!
I ordered a beautiful gold threadless end, but in my haste to get it in my ear, I managed to put a kink in it. I enquired about them straightening it for me (so I didn't break it further myself!) - they responded straight away, and offered a new one - simply sent me a returns label (including postage) to return it, and they sent me a brand new one out. Absolutely incredible, especially considering it was my own fault. Would highly recommend. Will most definitely be buying again (and putting the slight bend in, without being so heavy handed!)

When recently reviewing a second purchase, I mentioned that one of my earrings didn't close securely and may accidentally have given only a couple of stars. I say 'accidentally' because other than the fastening issue, I couldn't fault this company.
Customer Services contacted me and couldn't do enough to help. I'd give them a solid 10 for Customer Service and their titanium earrings are the only ones that don't cause any irritation whatsoever.

I had an issue with an old helix piercing flaring up and wasn't sure if it was to do with a piece of jewllery I had not long ago ordered from Piercing Mania. I contacted their team, and they were quick to respond, friendly and very helpful, especially Esmee. My helix piercing became incredibly sore and inflammed and Esmee very kindly went above and beyond and sent a free-healing kit, took the time to look at an image of my piercing to try and see what the probelm was - she suggested that maybe the piercing hoop was too small. Very kindly again, she offered to exchange the jewellery for reward points, despite it being over the return period, so that I may get a bigger hoop size. Esmee really did go the extra mile and empathised with my situation, and remained kind and friendly in her communications too! A very happy and loyal customer! :)

Jewellery arrives in clear, plastic bags. I've had cheap, dress jewellery arrive in nicer packaging!
The size of the earring backs is ridiculous! They are so tiny I can't physically use them myself, never seen such stupidly small ones before, ever! I actually thought they were a generic size until getting these.
The hoop I got to put in the top of my ear has made it swollen and really sore.
The screw back earring I got, again, I can't do myself because the ball is so tiny! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Never had a screw back I can't do myself before either.
I'm super disappointed, won't order again. Don't recommend at all!

I’m not normally one to write reviews but the customer service is second to none. So quick to answer and sort any issues as fast as possible. Also the selection and prices are amazing too.

I don't normally write reviews, but I made an exception this time round.

I ordered a few piercings from Piercing Mania recently, and unfortunately, one of them was damaged in transit.

I emailed over the weekend to let them know, and they responded first thing on Monday morning and offered to replace the product free of charge.

Super quick delivery, it arrived on Wednesday morning, with a small bag of sweets as an "apology" - I don't think these guys needed to apologise, but it shows they do care about their customers!

Would recommend these guys, as they've always been reliable and the customer service, and piercings, are of a high quality!

Been trying to order from them for the past day on and off, the website is terrible it starts to buffer and won't let me check out. Not a WiFi problem as everything else is working. I'll take my custom elsewhere for this hassle.

Brilliant customer service. Both sanne and Livie were very quick to reply and replace my order that didn’t arrive. My first order I placed arrived quickly and the earrings are lovely. Highly Recommended!!

Amazing humane people. Their Jewelry is much more creative than most Jewelers, and do beautiful. Some stuff is Surgical Steel 316L, and Brass which are sensitive to water, sweat and chemicals. So take them out after use. I had belly bars that after 8 months the hidden bar inside my skin discoloured because I didnt read the right up and never took them out. At the least dry them after a shower! I didnt do any protection. So 8 months on me is brilliant !!!
Anyway I am not really one to complain but I let them know what had happened and they kindly reminded me of the material and treatment requirement. Which is easy to perform. And still rewarded me a replacement and free postage.
A kind, realistic and fast responding Company. Highly recommended. I have no issue with them what so ever.

Got a piercing from them and it’s impossible to open, I tried using two pliers, one to hold and the other to twist and the piercing is now with a tarnish look and still impossible to open it..
