Really delighted with my purchases. Cowl neck hoodies. Great fit, quality and lovely colours. Had to retun one of three that I purchased as it was a little large. Easy to communicate with and very prompt refund.

The maroon Vine colour sweat jumper ordered was not true as in website. The colour was more plum purple when I received it. Disappointed with it.

You mentioned ordering a "maroon vine" color, but upon checking our records, it shows you actually ordered the "burgundy" option. Unfortunately, we currently don't offer a "maroon vine" color for this particular item.
While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, including the "Colour representation is only as accurate as the web design process allows" disclaimer, we acknowledge that differences in screen settings and individual perception can sometimes lead to variations in perceived color.
