Terrible service and terrible communication. My order was confirmed 18 days stating dispatch would be approx 7-14 days, I have sent two emails for an update and have had no response. My order is a present and will now not arrive in time and I’ve spent £160 and have had no feedback and have no idea when I might receive this order?

Placed an order on the 5th of Feb, received 2 emails since saying the order is on track, but no sign of it being dispatched. Reached out to customer services via email (the only point of contact I could find) on the 15th Feb not had a response, so emailed again more than 48 hours ago and still had no acknowledgement. I've come on here to find company responses stating they've ceased trading! What an absolute joke. If there's an issue, why keep sending messages stating it's on track when there is an issue? Don't even know how to request a refund since there is no response from their customer services leaving me out of pocket

Placed my order on the 27th of January, and still haven't received my pillow. All I've received prior to the middle of February is numerous emails stating that my order has been delayed. Now it looks like Pillow World has stopped trading, and I've been left out of pocket with no pillow!

After waiting over 2 weeks for my new pillows to be dispatched I just got an e-mail to say that they have now ceased trading and I have to go through my card provider to get my money back. Their website states they are opening soon. My advise is do not buy from here if/when they re-open because the chances are that is £160+ that I have now lost.

As per other recent reviews - This company has likely gone under. Have bought from here previously with no issue but this time there has been no contact since placing the order, the website is no longer functioning and the phone line constantly says they are closed even though they are normally 24/7.
Will be placing a charge back with my card provider.
Update 19/2 - received response email from CEO Greg Suthern stating that they have ceased trading after funding issues. Any orders placed that haven't been fulfilled won't be released and that I should attempt to claim my money back via a charge back with my card provider.

I ordered a Dunlopillo from this website on 10th February. I have had two automated emails saying the are working on my order but when I go to check when my order will be delivered
on to the website it's says it's Opening Soon.
I have tried emailing but had no response.
I'm getting very concerned now.

I ordered a pillow on the 4th February. Payment taken and received an order confirmation email. However nothing since. I have attempted to chase the order over email multiple times without replies and now the website appears to be down. Can anyone offer any explanation from pillow world??

Impossible to try with plastic cover, after putting a pillow case on I tried the pillow which was too hard but could not return as I had removed plastic. This was an expensive mistake so I would not recommend anyone to buy in case it’s not suitable.

Scam. Website isn't available. Bought this based on the trust pilot reviews but the website went down. No communication from pillow world. It's not been 14 days and not even a dispatch email.
I've contacted my bank to get my money back.

My order was never dispatched within their quoted time limit (up to 14 working days). I chased them up in the middle of the process and customer support said it was due to be in their warehouse on that day while another email said it was stuck in the balkans. I had to issue chargeback with my bank for this order.

To be honest if you have £80 to spend on a pillow go to the shops to get one as at least there you can see it and feel what it is like before you commit to buying it. My pillow is like concrete and had I known that I would never have bought it. And you can't send it back once you have unpacked it - but how do you know what it is like whilst it is still in the packing. Don't buy online.
