Poor service, dreadful communication

I ordered a new pillow two weeks ago - they took my money and keep sending marketing emails, but when I contact them to ask what has happened to my order, I get no response. The website is down. What is going on?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Placed an order on the 1st February for 4 pillows, despite taking the payment within seconds the pliiows still haven’t arrived. There’s no response to emails, they don’t answer the phone. Do not order from this company! The customer service is non existent!

Another Shopify Con Artist Company?

Order was placed on 28th January and when I called on the 4th February, I was told they made a mistake on the ETA of 3-5 working days and should be instead 10-12 working days. Have been trying to be in touch for a couple of days but now neither the website nor the phone line are live. I feel completely misled and out of £170! The person I spoke to clearly knew the company was closing and instead of refunding, decided to con me! Hopefully PayPal will be able to retrieve my money!

Placed an order in Sunday

Placed an order in Sunday. Got an order confirmation. Heard nothing since. So i headed to the website to track my order and their website says opening soon! I have sent an email and hope I get a reply so i can get a refund for the 80 quid pillow I've been longing for 😪😪

Very good service

We're on time to deliver your order when we did we said we would (they didn't actually say that i could see)

Enough with the emails, please just deliver my pillow - you're not rearing ducks ready for plucking!

Good company but rubbish product

Can’t complain about the company not the quickest despatch and delivery but not the worst but the pillow on the other hand is utter rubbish a total waste of £65
Pillow small in size very thin and does nothing to assist sore neck pain that I’m trying to sort out. Back to the drawing board

Beware - ceased trading? order not sent, customer service don’t answer

BEWARE.

Order placed - tracking number provided but days later, the courier website still showing as they haven’t received the package from Pillow World.

Website down - says “opening soon”.

Customer service phoneline doesn’t answer and message says Closed.

No delivery date given but they sent an email around the time website went down to say order would be sent in line with original delivery date, which was never given. Looks like attempt to stall and hold off refund requests.

I noticed that most the 5 star reviews aren’t people saying they’re happy with the order - but rather that they’re “looking forward to receiving their order”. Which probably never came?

Bought a Tempur Comfort Cloud Medium…

Bought a Tempur Comfort Cloud Medium Pillow and the pillow smelt really musky, gave it a week and gave it an airing, but still really musky smell. Not sure how they are being stored but not a great experience.

All of our pillows are stored in clean, dry, well-ventilated warehouse conditions, so this certainly isn’t something we’d expect. Very occasionally, a new pillow can have a temporary “new product” scent from sealed packaging, but this should normally fade after airing.
