I placed an order on the 11th November 16.43 tried to find out where it is they say I didnt place an order but took my money.

I have sent emails and commented on your Facebook account, but I have not received an answer. I placed an order with you on Sept 29th, 2020 and still no answer! You are a scam! A fraud! I need an answer, will you email me and get my information to find out where my order is.

this so called company should be shut down!!!!!!! I totally agree with every other review i have read, i ordered 4 items over a month ago i finally got the clothes after putting in a case with Paypal but they were All too big so tried to return them for a smaller size but i have tried everything to get a response from them. I suppose at least i have the clothes maybe a larger lady would like, dont ever use this company i had trouble with wish.com but these scammers are even worse

From $30 refund i got $15. A rip-off! The material was a low quality and the size didn't mash. I should read the reviews before to trust this company

I'm absolutely beyond angry with this place I made an ordered in September. Have not recieved it at all! Go to my account and try to see the tracking and it says not orders were made but $50 was taken from my account!! So where is my order?? What a scam! I'm so angry I let this happen!

Do not order from this company, they take your money but never see the goods. Tried emailing but they ignore you.

I paid $54.20 on 9/17/2020...never recd merchandise...this is a rip off...my credit card got charged...that’s the only thing this fraud company knows how to do...I want my money back.

I was charged 19.49 and I never received an email confirming an order or tracking information, there is no way to get ahold of any one. Its been 2 months now

Total Scam. Two months later and never received my order which of course was charged to my CC. And they make it difficult to contact them. When I went back to my invoice where it indicates to click on Customer Service you get some strange page that will not let you do anything with it !

Same as the others here, ordered from Vineylook.com & for 15 days my order shows still processing. How can they get away with this! Their sites are popping up on every social media sites. Filled out fraudulent form with my credit card company. Disgusted!!

The products ordered weren't delivered. No informations, no response from email.
Glad I pay with PayPal and manage to get my money back.
Definitively a scam for me

I am disgusted with this company,ordered a dress didn’t like the fit,tried to order returns label,kept emailing them with no luck,after weeks finally got returns label,by then returns time had run out,anyway returned item in July and still not had a refund,so they have got the returned dress plus my money£25 etc

I ordered a shirt and necklace. Necklace was broken when it arrived. Shirt is too big and cheaply made. I have 2 emails and have not received a response. Poor customer service and cheaply made products. Do not waste your money on their products.

Bought $200 of clothes for wife....paid for them... 2 weeks later sent 5 emails with no response after money was paid to get something from this company....no nothing not even a response.....BEWARE!!!!

This is by far the worst website I have ever used! They took the money out of my account but I have zero emails confirming anything from the order. Not only did I pay for express shipping over 2 months ago, I have sent NUMEROUS emails demanding my money back and no response to any of them. I have proof that shipping time is in there so called “policy”. I will NEVER order from there again and will put a review on every website I can.

Item purchased on 06/20. Money was cleared from my account.Never got an order confirmation.
There is no record of my order, never got it.
It is impossible to get in touch with someone via email to get a response.

I ordered when I saw their clothing on Instagram called Luxryoo. Like the others I got order confirmation and shipment notification and have received nothing. My order has disappeared from their website. Wish I had of read reviews before I ordered.

Absolutely disgraceful company. How on earth they manage to trade I do not know. Typical Chinese company pretending to be a reputable seller. Why an earth amazon and PayPal deal with these bandits I do not know. They are a scam company trading under different names Vencano fashion.

Like the others I placed my order, money was taken instantly but never received any confirmation or paperwork. Goods did arrive a month later but the sizes were way too small but again no paperwork to contact or return. Nothing on their website with address, email or tel number. Total rip off DO NOT USE
