The system for distributing vouchers earned is poor - twice in a row I have had to request help from Customer Services. I am pleased to say that this time I was able to resolve the issue with one phone call

I've been a Sodexo customer for 20 years.
Updated their website (which was always rubbish) during 2025 and it's now an utter sh*tshow.
Payments to providers are always late or simply disappear. Help desk people are nice enough, but ineffective and can't actually fix the issues.

I have been using the eVouchers for a couple of weeks using the app on my phone. I saved money recently at Hungry Horse and Bella Italia. I now am getting into the habit of checking the app to see if there is any money off when I am shopping or eating out so I purchase an eVoucher. It's very easy to use.

Pluxee is great for me. I buy things and get money back each time. There is a list of places you can use the card to get money back. It’s easy to load and keep track of. The app needs some attention but their customer service personnel are very helpful.

I get overwhelmed & dismayed by the nature of online transactions. It all gets too much. And, I wasn't looking forward to explaining my problem about a lost voucher code. I needn't have worried! The person I spoke to was superbly quick on the uptake, and could explain in clear terms all I needed to do. The issue was resolved right away. And, what a pleasure to speak to a human - and one with a sense of humour too! First class work.

I had a query about shopping vouchers I had been awarded so rang customer services. Yes the problem was solved by resending emails so we shall see when I spend them next month. But the chap on the phone was not a 'friendly agent' as in the message. He took my email address to resend then just cut me off. I was left hanging for a...That's been done for you etc. And nothing ... Manners costs nothing.

I had a query on a charge showing on my account which I couldn't recall. I completed the online form and within a day I had a lovely response back from Lindsey explaining the charge. I find my card really useful and a great aid in budgeting and keeping track of my spending. I don't often earn cashback on the places I use my card in but that's not my main reason for using it.
