If you have a BLC it's a no brainer.

I've been using Pluxee for 2 years via BLC. I've saved a lot of money in that time.
I recently had to talk with customer services who were fantastic also. I highly recommend a Pluxee card.

Great experience

It is a great experience using the PLUXEE CARD- its simple, reliable, & makes everyday transaction smooth and hassle free. the plate-form is very user-friendly and I appreciate how convenient it is to manage everything in one place.
A special mention to the Pluxee team for their professionalism and support. they are responsive, approachable, & always ready to assist with any queries. A special thanks to Mr. Graham, who was a great help to put up my dispute matter.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
they are genuinely care about delievering excellent service.

Offers are far worse than other benefit…

Offers are far worse than other benefit platforms, just checked and even one I was using has been removed. Also the whole experience is very clunky. Even small things like credit card save and checkout are not working well.

Good back up.

Always checked Pluxee when planning a purchase and it has saved me plenty.
Had to contact customer service re an issue and it was resolved very quickly.

In ALL honesty I wouldn't have bothered…

In ALL honesty I wouldn't have bothered had the offer of a £10 gift card not been on the table, but it was, and it's been used already :-)

I had a glitch with the expiry date of the card, but CS were quick to reply, yet it wasn't an issue in the end.

Thank you Pluxee Uk for the safety measure!

I checked/rechecked my available balance a number of times! But the card simply wasn't letting me purchase anything! So, I rang up and the lovely lady, explained why it wasn't working. Because I hadn't used it in a while, then took it on a recent staycation and was spending daily, she stated that to protect from someone else using the card, it needed a pinned transaction to make sure... it was still me using the card! This was more of a safety precaution to protect my funds, which I was surprised at but at the same time very pleased with! She suggested, I go to an ATM and let the chip & pin talk to each other! LOL! Well it worked, and I was able to spend straight away! A big THANK YOU to Pluxee UK for giving us that additional 'safety' measure!
