Offers are far worse than other benefit platforms, just checked and even one I was using has been removed. Also the whole experience is very clunky. Even small things like credit card save and checkout are not working well.

Always checked Pluxee when planning a purchase and it has saved me plenty.

In ALL honesty I wouldn't have bothered had the offer of a £10 gift card not been on the table, but it was, and it's been used already :-)
I had a glitch with the expiry date of the card, but CS were quick to reply, yet it wasn't an issue in the end.

I checked/rechecked my available balance a number of times! But the card simply wasn't letting me purchase anything! So, I rang up and the lovely lady, explained why it wasn't working. Because I hadn't used it in a while, then took it on a recent staycation and was spending daily, she stated that to protect from someone else using the card, it needed a pinned transaction to make sure... it was still me using the card! This was more of a safety precaution to protect my funds, which I was surprised at but at the same time very pleased with! She suggested, I go to an ATM and let the chip & pin talk to each other! LOL! Well it worked, and I was able to spend straight away! A big THANK YOU to Pluxee UK for giving us that additional 'safety' measure!
