I recently bought from Polycarbonate Xpress and was overall quite happy with the experience. The prices were excellent, with good product options, and my order was cut to the right size. Delivery was decent, though there was a slight delay, and communication could be improved as I didn’t get an order confirmation initially. However, the staff were helpful when contacted, and everything arrived in good condition. Would recommend! 4 stars.

Do not order from these!!!
Order placed nearly 3 weeks ago and has not arrived, have tried to contact Polycarbonate Xpress multiple times and have been told "I will get a call back" (never happens), the emails do not go through and bounce back as undeliverable!
I would avoid ordering anything for this company!
Guess what still not arrived!!! 21st Jan

Good quality, custom size, but not the fastest.
I ordered two 4mm sheets of polycarbonate to an exact size. They arrived well wrapped, the exact size required, but not the fastest of service. Not a problem for me. I would definitely use the company again.

We apologise for the recent circumstance that has happened with your order, please note we have sent out a email to all customers regarding this important matter in full detail why we had to cancel and cannot process your order. We have also advised how to get your money back as we physically cannot. We wish we could control this unfortunate circumstance but we can not other than advise.
Polycarbonate Express takes customer's money and then decides not to provide the goods
The company took my money 18th November and then experienced an issue with their world pay supplier and thus on chasing the product informed me that they would not refund me my money or progress the order. instead if I wanted my money I hd to take it up with my bank. This is an email received from Polycarbonate Express, a direct cut and paste "Hi Lindsay,
So sorry for the delay in response, we are out of office at 4:30pm around this time of year and are unable to answer phone calls or emails.
Following our conversation over the phone, I just wanted to clarify that we are not holding the funds of our customers and our payment processor is, therefore we are unable to process the order due to us not having the funds to pay for the materials and to get them sent out to you. Order 0003051 will not be processed and we advice you to call your bank to get this money back as they will if you explain that our company cannot send out your order and cannot refund you. Order 0003091 will be with you Tomorrow ( apologies I had said today but today is when we will receive this to then get it sent out to you next day via DHL) you will receive a tracking number today for this from DHL.
My managers email as stated over phone call is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I will also get him to give you a call back as soon as he is available. "
I never got that call from Daniel despite trying many times. So this company feels it is doing right by its customers taking their money and not providing the goods. This company needs to be scrutinised as something is very wrong. This does not feel right.

We apologise you feel this way. We try our best to help and make sure we communicate with all of our customers including in sending emails and texts with updates of delivery. We also apologies that sometimes there can be unfortunate delays with transport. We do advice not to take the day off work for the delivery as this would be incredibly frustrating if there is any delays in delivery as sometimes unfortunate circumstances occur. We feel that the "no communication" comment is untrue as we have been communicating with you via email which you have been replying to to resolve any issues that have occurred.
