Terrible customer service

Could not supply what I ordered on time, then promised me a refund due to this, however 14 days later still no refund and cannot be bothered to even respond to emails now after fibbing me off before saying refund is in progress when it blatantly is not.
Wish could give less than one star.
Avoid the company like the plague!!!!!

if I could give zero I would , gave them the benefit of doubt after reading reviews , they sent my order a week later than promised, and surprise one of the two identical sheets I ordered is the wrong dimensions , seems impossible to get a replacement from them. terrible service despite their promises to sort, looking up their addresses doesn't bring up the now obviously photoshopped building on their web site or even a google listed business. avoid at all costs

We apologise that you feel that way and that your order was not delivered when expected. We estimate our deliveries 3-7 working days however we let our customers on on our website when ordered and emails this could take longer due to delays. We have communicated as much as we can about any updates due to delivery. We have been in communication with you back and fourth via email numerous of times.

We had sent a replacement out via 3rd party courier however this was found lost. As soon as we were informed we then sent out another replacement to you, which you will be receiving tomorrow. This was also communicated to you with tracking information.

We are currently in the middle of changing addresses which will be updated on our website. The address shown was our old unit in Coalville which is now unattended.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Had an issue with the product it is getting condensation in it. We are a professional roofing company and had our professional roofers fit it so they know what they are doing. Daniel the owner will not phone back I have been phoning for over a month and always busy and never returns calls. Now we are out of pocket as we had to order more sheets from another company.

Firstly we would like to say that we appreciate any feedback, but would expect feedback from customers of ours which you are not. However We had a look at the images of the product sent to us from the customer we had dealt with (associated with yourself) and there was no issue found. Our management team have been trying to contact yourself and the customer but have not managed to get through. We also had to do checks as we did not want to get scammed by the customer in question as we are aware this has happened many times before.

What a joke this company is!

Avoid this company at all costs ...I have now been waiting over a month for 4 small sheets to arrive. I've requested a refund and they refused stating it's in their terms and conditions that it has been sent and it's the problem with the courier, first it was because of Easter weekend. Then it was because of four drivers had not returned after a weekend. And now they're refusing to answer my emails. It has just been one excuse after another. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

One star only because I can't give 0

I am only giving one star simply as I cannot give less ! I was enitially told 3 to 7 working days ,then some lie regarding we have to delay your order due to not wanting to use 3rd party courier to save any damage, next lie our own vehicle is having problems so your order will be delayed again , next lie your order is out for delivery today, guess what never appeared ! This was seemingly due to the bank Holiday, I have contacted Daniel Tansly ,the big boss 🤣 he has the same level of customer service, none! I guess his staff have had training from him I will be contacting my bank first thing to get my money back. Do not buy from this bunch of absolute imbasiles Trading standards have been informed !

We apologise you had a bad experience with our company. We aim to get our orders out for delivery with our carrier 3-7 working days but unfortunately delays can occur as per terms and conditions. We want to make sure that all orders are out and not received damaged, therefore we aim to not use 3rd party couriers if this can be helped due to this reason. Our company as well as the courier/carriers were closed over the bank holiday which unfortunately made extra delays. We made sure to update yourself on any delays that were made. However all we received was abusive language to our employees which we do not tolerate.

This company could improve there…

This company could improve there delivery service ,3 to,7 days they say and I'm still waiting after 10 days. Rang them today they said well ring back , still waiting , quality products but useless delivery service

Excellent product

I have only just fitted the sheets to the greenhouse as I was waiting for it to be moved into place. The sheets fit perfectly, the delivery was extremely fast and I have no complaints.

Do Not Trust Their Delivery Lead Time

Well, after waiting, on the 8th working day I rang. I was told that the delivery should be with me in the next 2 x days, transport was blamed. When I questioned 'should' with what their published delivery times are, I was told to read their terms and conditions! Alarm bells!
We are now at 15 x working days and I've had the text to say delivery will be this afternoon, 3 weeks from order!
My order was only for two cut pieces of 2mm Clear Poly. Something that can be cut within a couple of hours.
Clear Amber gave a better price but because I was short of time, I did not wait for it. Their advertised delivery time looks very good.

When you had come to collect you then stated the sizes were wrong, we then said we will get replacements for you, even with this being your own error. You then told us that you did not want us to do this. We have done all we can in this situation. Thanks

I would 100% recommend

After placing our order we received a delivery date the following day which was arrived on the date specified.

A Massive thank you to Abi who always responded the same day to any questions and was very helpful. Great customer service.

I was upset as to how long I waited for…

I was upset as to how long I waited for the product to come,it mentioned 3-7 days from order placed but actually took 10 days to come ,on the day it came ,I was advised I’ll receive a text or email regarding time,I never received either infact I was unsure wether it was going to be delivered on the day .I drove to sight to sit and hopefully get the delivery but instead it turned up at 6 o’clock in the morning and was left outside on the grass
Wasn’t impressed,the products themselves were good

Great Pre-Sales, Absolutely Awful After-Sales and Support

I live on the Isle of Wight, and at the beginning of December I bought and paid for several 25mm sheets along with snapdown bars and ancillaries. As it was an Island, they would only deliver to Southampton and I then had to find a way across which was an extra £90, but at the time, still cheaper than I could get it locally. Anyway, the order arrived just before Christmas so with the holidays could only start the work early January, when I discovered the sheets did not fit with the snapdown bars provided, they were too shallow, even though I had ordered 25mm sheets and bars to go with.

So, I contacted Brendan, as he seems to be the order taker, delivery guy and customer service operative all rolled in to one and I even took a picture of the non-working items and explained what the issue was.

On that first customer service experience I was promised that the technical department would call me back, they never did...I was also told that i could return the faulty items but that I would have to pay the postage off the Island as they would not collect.

Anyway, on subsequent phone calls and many, many emails I was promised to be called by the manager Daniel, well that never happened either and I was promised he would call me on more than one occasion.

This company is very poor at not only delivering what the customer has actually ordered, but when they F it up, there is not even an apology or an attempt at rectification, everything just goes in to a black hole and gets forgotten about. DO NOT USE!

We firstly apologise that you found you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately as you are in the Isle of wight we had to make extra amendments to get this delivered to you which were communicated to you via phone call. We had offered you a choice of deliver to alternative location or cancel and refund. You then chose alternative location option which our carrier was happy to do.
We have more staff that deal with delivery and customer service, however as Brendan had spoken to you previously we had found this was going to be more helpful for you than to speak to someone else not in the know of the situation. If you wish to contact us on our sales email we will be happy to resolve any issues that can be sorted.
