If Pop Collectibles has something you want, get it. They ship out fast, and the packages always arrived in great condition.

I placed three separate orders on November 13, 2025, for 3 Hot Toys Iron Man Mark 42 2.0 Deluxe Special Edition (Second Batch).

According to the seller’s website, second batch items would be shipped within 30–60 days after the official release date (November 13, 2025). However, more than 100 days passed without shipment or tracking information.

I contacted the seller multiple times for updates. Initial responses stated they would check, but no confirmed tracking information was ever provided. Follow up emails often went unanswered, and I was warned about sending too many inquiries.

Meanwhile, the same item appeared on their website as “In Stock” at a higher price, while my order remained unshipped. My original product page later showed a 404 error.

After the promised timeframe had clearly passed, I opened a PayPal “Item Not Received” case. The seller then decided to cancel my order and stated that a 10% cancellation fee would be applied. They also asked me to close the PayPal case if I wanted the order to proceed.

At this point, I am seeking resolution through PayPal.

Buyers should be aware of potential delays, communication issues, and cancellation fee enforcement even when shipment deadlines have passed.

I pre-ordered the Hot Toys Chewbacca with C3PO, item was sent very quickly after release, great communication and they always support me with my questions and UK delivery. I have used them multiple times with no issues at all.

This Company Delivers everytime. Great products, good delivery times, and the items are FANTSTIC. Almost lifelike. Don't take it from Me, just go overthere and try it youre self. You will not be disapointed.

Ok first they have amazing customer service I got Inart 1/12 Batman about 5 months ago my experience with them was amazing and I just bought the Batman who laughs from Lppz and I had a question they answered right away and I’m so exited I whould definitely recommend

Not answering emails and item has not left their warehouse in a week. It was supposed to be delivered today but they haven’t sent it yet.

Overall the experience is good. However, the CS response speed could increase. I contacted support via email. It's been three days and I am still waiting.
