My very fussy Dachshund, Doris, has been through kibble, Lilys kitchen, butternut box, Bella & Duke, Pooch & Mutt.... You name it UNTIL a friend told me she feeds her Daccys on Poppy's Picnic! What did I have to loose? So i gave it a go....
Its BRILLIANT... Love the way it can be cooked, or raw depending on madams preference for that day! Would love to see another flavour added to the already great variety but I would recommend POPPYS 100% , Customer service IS excellent too! Thankyou!

Mia is a toy poodle and only eats 100 grams a day ,so poppys picnic power balls are great for her , no waste and she loves them , ordering was quick and easy , delivery was fast . I contacted them online to ask a simple question and the response was very quick and helpful , would highly recommended this company

Fantastic food and service!
My dog is currently working his way through his first order. I’ve never seen a cleaner bowl after each meal. Fantastic food!! I just wish the containers came with lids.

My dog loves this food, it's easy to order and has lots of offers to buy at a discounted rate. Would recommend this company 100% for both quality of food and also communication.

Excellent products, efficient and exceptional customer service from Poppy's. Easy to order and able to collect Paw Points to get money off a future order. I would also be very interested if they introduced more flavours in the cookable raw like venison etc.

Poppy’s was recommended to us and is the best quality cat food we’ve ever purchased. The fussy eater loves them all, one cat is a bit hit and miss at the moment. The little girl, who really made us decide to change foods as the supermarket food has been making her sick, won’t touch it - we’ll get there though.

Great cookable raw food. My dog eats raw but does better on cooked food during the winter so this is perfect for him. Complete food to FEDIAF standards, so unlike many raw foods you can be sure it contains everything your dog needs.

Customer service not great.
Have used poppy’s picnic for a few months now, and while on the pricey side the food seems good and does go down very well with my dachshund.
My last order was a one-off instead of via subscription as I didn’t want to be on subscription when about to give birth. This time I went to start the subscription again and it price looked very expensive.
When I went to cancel it came up with white text on a white screen, and I couldn’t work out what it was. I logged in and out, but the screen was still
White text. I changed the screen brightness and realised it was offering me ‘an ongoing discount’ if I didn’t cancel, so I tried to press the claim discount button but it didn’t work, even when I tried again on my phone and even tried on another device. I really didn’t want to switch brands if I didn’t have to, so if I could stay with PP and get it cheaper then I’d definitely have liked to, which is why I tried multiple times.
I raised this error with customer service the next day (as they were shut the night before when I was originally trying to place the order), and I included a screenshot of the page. The woman (Deborah) was blunt and actually quite passive aggressive. She told me there is no discount available but she will get back to me on Monday. Then she also made some random comment about how I’d gone into my account and tried reactivating/activating my discount 5 times.
Yes I did because I kept getting a white screen and an error on the discount button, so I wanted to check if the error was with me or with the website. It just felt weird that she bought it up, because she didn’t ask me why I did that, just mentioned it as if it was some sort of dog.
Actually feel quite sad as this is a brand I was a fan of until having to deal with the customer service. Hand has been forced and will have to try somewhere else.
And Poppys picnic if you read this - I’ll happily send you a video of me being offered this discount on your website if you want it. I don’t like it being implied that I’m sending you images from a different site, when it is 100% your website.

after trying different brands of raw food for my dachshund and her getting bored of them after a few weeks, poppy’s picnic is the only food she’s not gone off and enjoys at every meal, super reasonable for the price it is and you can even cook the balls if you’re not 100% giving your dog raw, definitely recommend

After discovering Poppy's picnic through a recommendation, we've moved away from our previous brand Lilly's Kitchen and we couldn't be happier. The service has been excellent (very impressed with customer service) the next day delivery is superb and most importantly the dogs absolutely love it. We have 3 dogs and always have issues trying to get them to eat at the same time and look forward to their food. Those issues have officially been solved!!

I have 4 very fussy little dogs, they all ate poppys picnic cookable raw food, which is amazing as normally someone won't eat.

Poppy’s Picnic raw dog food has transformed my dog! It’s sorted her digestive issues. She's so much livelier and at 13 has a new spring in her step. I would highly recommend this food. Service and communication has been great too.

Wanted to try the Mighty Mince as it's cookable and my normally raw fed girl has decided, due to false pregnancy, that she can only eat cooked food now. Had a few issues on the best way to cook it but Poppy's were great with very quick advice. My girl loves the food cooked and so far no issues. Thanks Poppy's for such an innovative product.

I have a cat who wouldn't eat packet food and I was worried about his nutrient intake. Since introducing Poppy's Picnic raw food we haven't had any issues with his eating. We have also now transferred our rescue cat onto Poppy's Picnic, we did try a gradual transfer of foods but after her first taste of Poppy's meat that was the only food she was going to eat!
At their regular vet check their weight, condition and quality of their health is top notch. The coats shine, great thickness and soft texture. Their teeth do not have any buildup of tartar. Poppy's also reduces the amount of poo and greatly reduces any smell.
Poppy's Picnic arrives frozen, usually 24 hours after ordering. Just take a tray out of the freezer to defrost as required. The meatball portions are great for serving and working out the amount required by your cat per day. Super sprinkles add an extra texture and nutrients to keep their coats great.
I can't thank Poppy's enough for their food and personal attention to clients with any enquiries.

Order arrived well packaged. I purchased the cookable meatballs and have been lightly cooking them and adding them as a hit of freshness to my fussy Cavapoos dry food. He loves them and they haven't upset his digestion at all.
