Great postman

I would just like to write a review about our postman at The Precinct in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. His name is Steve and he was so very helpful when my parcel went missing. He went over and above to help solve the problem, making calls to try and locate the missing parcel when he really didn't have to. Would just like to take this opportunity to thank him for all his help and give credit where credit is due. He delivered my parcel today which I was very happy about.

Post Office premium delivery

Paid £10.25 for the sending an item to get proof of delivery. The photograph provided by royal mail was not of my item but mail delivered to that address. When I questioned customer service to ask why,
I was told this was normal practice. So ask yourselves do you feel it was worth spending that amount of money.

Very helpful, great service.

Popped in to post a return to eBay, lady was really helpful explaining how it works and solved my issue with the label. Great little post office, clean and friendly. Bonus that it is open till 5:30pm most days.
Thank you for your help.

Diabolical Customer Service

Waiting over half an hour to get served. Two counters were open then one cashier shut hers to do a bit of admin. Another member of staff moved some parcels about and then left the shop and went shopping. Eventually got served, there was no apology for the wait, not even a hello or goodbye just grumpy staff. By this time the queue had doubled in size. Absolutely diabolical customer service.

The postal service is so bad now

The postal service is so bad now. Just received a 2nd class card posted 22/01 that arrived 30/01. Even a few cards posted first class took 3 days. Yet the price of a stamp goes up and up.

Great service from Union Street Torquay PO

We went into the post office on Union Street, Torquay to update both my husband and my own DVLA Licence and our passports feeling quite dubious. However, how wrong were we! A young man dealt with us in a professional, polite, and friendly way and made the whole thing easy and accessible and we would like to say Thank You as it is the best service we have ever had and wished we had got a name.

Wattville Road Post Office

I wanted to share how overjoyed I was to see Roopie Gill back at the Post Office today. Roopie was one of the original people wrongly affected by the Post Office scandal Horizon and seen her smiling and behind the desk today was truly heartwarming. Her and her family has been through and still going through alot.
She is a strong woman to be able to hit rock bottom for no fault of her own and through dedication, commitment and passion to clear her name for her family and herself she stand strong for future. Making my visit so pleasant and reassuring that my parcel would be delivered from Birmingham to Nottingham. It seems so much to see and to believe that this heartwarming person still has a big smile on her face, welcoming the public warmth and dedication to the job she loves. Thank you Roopie you've made my day!

Ignorant abusive staff

So sad that the once great Post Office service is now a useless, offensive shambles. I took an overseas parcel into two local post offices today and they didn't even know what a customs label is. The compound the matter, one of them got abusive into the bargain. Worst of all, it is now completely impossible to contact the PO HQ by phone, so there's no way to report or complain about it other than filling in a form on the website that you know will never be answered.

Went into spar post office 27/01/2026…

Went into spar post office 27/01/2026 in droylsden to send an important document to Birmingham in a clearly labelled envelope with the to address on one side and my home address on the other on 24hr recorded delivery.next day it was delivered to my home because the guy on the counter put the label on the wrong side.when I went in I was told it was my fault because I handed it in the wrong.i had to point out they were the professionals and I was a customer, how do I know how to handle their weighing scale,it was their responsibility to check the details and process it. Their attitude was as if I drove from Birmingham to Manchester and paid £5-40p to have it put through a letterbox 100metres from to post office.i had to have a stand up arguement in a full shop to have it rectified and even then did not acknowledge it still needed to be sent to Birmingham on a new recorded delivery as the original was now shown as a successful delivery.very poor customer service and attitude and didn't want to accept any responsibility
