I can only go on service and delivery and product so far for this year but all good so far - but i can say that i had potatoes from them last year and the produce were good too despite trying weather conditions

Potatoes arrived when they said they would and I was very pleased by their condition. The instructions I received were comprehensive and, as a novice gardener who has near to no experience of growing potatoes and am a little daunted by the prospect, I do feel more reassured. They also let you know to get in touch with any questions and sound genuinely interested in helping. 5 out of 5. Thank you!

Potato house were prompt, helpful and polite when I let them know and offered me re order if the delivery company did not sort it out.

Good quality but perhaps expensive
Seed potatoes look good, but I hadn't twigged until I opened the bag just how expensive they were - £26 for 1.5Kg (two lots of 9 potatoes). When they said 9 potatoes, they really meant 9, that is, 3 of each sort. My fault - I was in such a hurry to order that I didn't read the blurb properly. I understand that this reflects the extra cost of producing seed potatoes that are delayed so they'll crop at Christmas. The newsletters are useful and very informative.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Although as some comments are about the postal service, I do not feel that our service warrants 3* and would like to address your concerns.
We work rurally and although most of our parcels arrive in the time frame promised, unfortunately a few don't. Our parcels get picked up mid morning and sometimes can only get to Dundee (12 miles away) that evening and then start their journey properly the following day. I apologise that your parcel was one that took an extra day, however, this is obviously out of our control.
You ordered just after midnight on the Monday and the order was processed later that day and got to you 3 days later.
We try to be as clear as we can in all our listings and our patio packs have the following under the main blurb, before going on to list the prices with grow bags and discounts if you buy 2
Pick what option you would like from the pack size menu ⇓.
Tubers only (3 of each variety- 9 in total)– £14.50
This is then also listed on the confirmation page and email.
As a recent user I would like to invite you to comment on how this can be clearer.
Our prices include postage. Please also note that our summer planting potatoes have a premium, as we have kept them in cold storage throughout the spring. Incidentally, if you had bought a 6-pack of each of the 3 varieties, this would have been much cheaper. Time and packaging/label costs are both more for a net with 3 tubers.
