Never received my product or a follow-up from customer service about not receiving my product.
Update: I did get a follow-up: “After reviewing your request, we’re sorry to let you know that the order is beyond our 30-day return and refund policy, which means we’re unable to approve a refund or return at this time.”
No product and no refund.

Waited and waited and waited
I did a pre-order on a book in March, the book came out the beginning of May and I didn’t get the book until almost 2 months later and that was after chatting with AI and then emailing the company. I realize there was a wait, but I did just that, waited and waited and waited, until I remembered and it just kept waiting in the processing stage. It’s a good thing I even remembered I ordered the book or I’d still be waiting.Not ordering from here again.

I ordered several book months ago, and when they arrived I was one book short. I contacted customer service, and was told the missing book would be on its way asap. 3 weeks later, no book. I reached out to customer service again, and this time I was told by now the book was out of stock. The book should have been reserved for me since I ordered it months ago. Ridiculous.

Product was significantly delayed and was “upgraded” to a book plate edition instead of an actual signed copy which is what it was originally advertised as, disappointing all around.

Item was damaged. Customer care was poor. Only offered 30% off initially then to 50%. Nil offer of replacement. Lack of care in packing essentially has made the collectable worthless.
Expected more from collectable company.
Would not ever recommend to anyone.

I tried your mystery box for 2 vinyls…
I tried your mystery box for 2 vinyls at 99.00. I managed to get Blue October that I already purchased for 50.00 and Rick Ross that goes for 60.00. It says guaranteed worth significantly more than purchase, thanks for the 11 bucks in savings. Next time just say albums that won’t sell. I think now I’m going to sit back and think how I’m going to spend all of my significant savings. Thanks
