Customer service is a nightmare
Customer service is a nightmare. There is no communication. I have been requesting a refund on my damaged product since July 2nd. I sent the item back and it was received at your location on the 10th. I still have NO information on my refund. I have contacted your company multiple times with no resolution. I have requested that someone call me so we can resolve this issue and nobody has called me. When I call your business I get a computer with no option to speak with a human being. I am extremely unsatisfied. My product was cheaply packaged and arrived damaged and without the JSA hologram which I paid extra for.

Don't buy if you're from Canada, not worth it. Paid $30 shipping then got hit with $30 more. $60 to ship, give me a break.

My wife bought Clint Black's autographed book numbered blue label edition but was not numbered. She has supplied the requested information and pictures that was requested, but still no resolve of the problem of paying for a numbered autographed book that was nit numbered.

Cheaply made for the price
Item was very cheaply made and not what you would expect for the price. This was the first item I have purchased from them but will probably be the last if this is the standard of their quality.

delayed item
The item was extremely delayed and I was given two different explanations when I reached out- they said it was due to the warehouse movement the first time so delays were expected. IMO if delays were expected it should have been stating when checking out. The second time I reached out they said it was because they were writing on authors signatures. The book took over a month to come which is extremely unfortunate because it was a gift.
I am also extremely disappointed that my actual book is not signed and it was a nameplate- I feel as if that should have been communicated in the description. Especially because the nameplate says premiere collections and is not blank.
I will not be ordering another product from this company with the poor communication and item not as expected.

The albums I ordered both came with creases and folds in them and for $400 I expected these two albums to be flawless. Not sure if I will purchase from them again. Kind of disappointed.
