Terrible company

Terrible company - agreed a refund months ago and just realised that they never arranged / sorted it and now the email doesn’t work anymore!
Sliver was two furniture items from eBay and they smashed the leg off one of them
And stretched it badly - very unprofessional service!

Poor driving?

Today at 1305 a Prime van has just been down our lane although not delivering to us. (PH2 area) Driver decided to turn his van on our property at a completely inappropriate place. Eventually when he saw me watching he turned his van back to its original position and reversed away. A huge mess of ground dug up by his van. I am not happy at having to clear upthe mess. I shall certainly never use Prime.

I bought an electronic organ off Ebay…

I bought an electronic organ off Ebay in January and arranged delivery with Prime Van after getting quotes from Shipley who take a fee for the transaction.
The organ arrived on the designated day but I was dismayed to see the the damage they had done to it on the way.
I contacted their customer services straight away and sent them photos of before and after they damaged it so they could see what I was complaining about, I got a reply saying that their claims team was very busy and would get back to me within two to three days, I never heard back so after a week or so I emailed again and got a similar reply.
After a couple of more weeks I rang them and was told they were very busy with claims but would prioritize my case but to date 11th July I have heard nothing more from them despite further emails to their customer services.
As a repair would have cost more than what I paid for the organ it is a very disappointing situation.
Beware of the people now trading as Safelogisticsltd.co.uk
Be warned.

Excellent service from this Company

Such excellent service from this company. Job accepted on Wednesday, collected on Thursday and delivered on Friday. We were continually advised throughout each stage of the job and would HIGHLY recommend this company.

My shipment was an awkward one, but the company and handlers were brilliant from start to finish, their communication was spot on and the drivers really helpful, will definitely recommend them and use them again, thanks all !

Stone Urns Loaded then Unloaded and Left Outside

This company accepted my job went to Bridgnorth and loaded goods and then unloaded them again outside the offices of the company and have not returned the money I paid after some three weeks. Totally dishonest and unreliable people.

Excellent service. On time and at a price you can afford. Rattan settee was delivered with care.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their service again.

One was very pleased with the service…

One was very pleased with the service that Prime Van provided for me this week . They kept me up to date from the start of the collection to the point of the delivery . Also they were very reasonably priced . One will also hire them again in the future and would also recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a genuine and reasonably priced courier . Many Thanks.

Poor service and item was delivered…

Poor service and item was delivered five days late meaning I incurred significant cost. Primevan didn’t offer any form of refund or compensation. The lack of care was staggering. Clearly the customer is of little relevance to them. Suggest if you want to move items within a specific timeframe that you avoid at all costs. Dreadful.

Absolutely disgusting, Damaged my house

Absolutely disgusting! Apparently they only deliver to my area 2 days out of the week so they had my item for 2 days before delivering it. Then on delivery I arranged for them to tell me when they were half a hour away so I could get home as I had work the day off delivery since they won't deliver before I stated work. I receive a text saying they were 10 minutes away then only 5 minutes later one saying we're outside were to leave it! I checked my CCTV no one was there tried calling the driver to find out where he was he kept hanging up on me. Had to call the company to ensure they didn't just leave my item where they were since they were not at my house. Sent a friend to let them in and see if she could find them. She did a street away from my house let them in and they then decided instead of lifting the item to the location to drag it across the floors I had just had installed so now my kitchen floor is damaged. Called them to complain and ask for insurance information was told to sent the audio and footage of them doing it in and someone would be in touch 5 days later. It's being 2 weeks I have and there ignoring my emails to have the damage they caused fix. Do not use or accept deliveries from them shocking customer service, will be reporting them and seeking to have the damage fixed

I used Prime Van for the first time on…

I used Prime Van for the first time on Wednesday. I had some boxes to send to England. The guys were brilliant, took great care of my boxes and kept me informed all the time. They were delivered safely and in perfect condition and I was informed immediately. I definitely recommend this company. The whole experience was pleasant and so easy.

First class courier service!

First class courier service!
The delivery crew were professional and efficient but also pleasant.
Also excellent customer service- the company kept us informed of the collection and delivery by their easy to follow tracking system.
We do not hesitate to recommend this company!

Appalling company

Appalling company, fraudulently demanded duplicate payments and by BACS / cash. Then after delivery and receiving full payment, called again demanding another duplicate payment and threatening to sue me if I didn't pay again. Agressive staff who appear to be involved in some kind of fraud. Wish I had read the other reviews before using them!
