Very helpful and professional
I wasn't in when my bike was delivered, so as asked the driver and his colleague knocked at my neighbours house who was really surprised at the size of the bike.
She asked them to help her by taking the bike to my house and she let them in. They moved a heavy hoover out of the way and left the bike just inside my front door.
I would like to thank them both for being so very helpful and careful with my belongings.
My neighbour said they were both very friendly and very helpful.
There is not one scratch on my new bike either. Would definitely recommend.

Zero communication
Courier was arranged and paid for by my buyer, no issue with that side of things. Communication is a big issue with this company, my buyer was amazing, chasing them up for a time and date, I was eventually given 3 hours notice for collection, had to cancel and rearrange my day. If I need a courier, I won't be choosing Primevan for this reason.
Will not be using this service again
Will not be using this service again. Two thug-like men with hoodies came to collect the items and acted as if they owned my place. When I asked if they would be delivering the item the next day as I was told by the company, they shrugged their shoulders.
Before collection, primevan had started asking me AND the receiving party for money. Did they think we would not speak to each other? Despite me having paid a deposit and them not even having collected the items, they had the audacity to ask for money.
Then, they started hounding me the moment the item was being delivered. They started harassing the receiving party. I am not sure what prime van thought was happening. It was as if they were more used to crime deliveries where violence is common rather than furniture delivery. What a stressful experience.
If there was an option for a zero…
If there was an option for a zero rating I would have selected that. The service from PrimeVan is absolutely appalling, the whole service front to back is just disgusting. We booked a service delivery and when my items were delivered to my customer, the product had been damaged, worse still the driver informed my customer that it was how they were collected. For months now we have battled to get them collected and returned. No accountability or ownership, not even an apology. The claims department is ridiculous, what’s the point, no response to my claim, I am out of pocket due to this company’s poor performance. The phone just doesn’t connect, so completely left frustrated, steer clear.
Damaged goods, threats and intimidation
AVOID unless you want damaged goods, late delivery, and men in hoodies at your door intimidating you. We agreed a delivery date but they cancelled on the morning it was due to arrive so my time off was wasted. They delivered two days late so I had to take extra time off work. The furniture was picked up by two friendly, careful professionals who photographed and wrapped it, but delivered by two different men. When it arrived it was not wrapped at all or well packed into the extremely full van, they threw it around a lot trying to get it out from the very back of the van, and there is damage (scratches and a piece of wood knocked off) to the table and chairs. They tried to claim that because there were some pre-existing marks on the furniture, that meant that the new damage didn’t matter. Having a watermark on a table top is not relevant to the fact that they have knocked off a piece from underneath and put deep scratches and gouges all over one side and in the legs of some chairs, as well as obviously stacking something heavy on the seats of two of them which has stretched and marked the upholstery. When I disputed payment because of this, the delivery men demanded to come back into my house three times. I let them in to take photos but then they demanded to be let in again so that they could take my furniture, despite me being on the phone with their office and having agreed that the office would send me the original photos so I could check the condition of the furniture when it was picked up before they would ask for payment. It was very intimidating to have two men standing at my door in the dark with their hoods up, threatening to come inside and take my belongings, and refusing to leave until I paid them. They wanted cash payment in full for delivering my furniture damaged and two days late. In the end I paid through a link sent by the office just to get them to leave but I have video of them shouting through my door and threatening to come in and steal my furniture. I am still waiting for their office to email me the pick-up photographs and raise an insurance claim for the damage to my belongings, but I don’t expect I’ll ever hear from them. Even the woman on the phone in their office, Julia, was shouting at me and calling me a liar, but she still hasn’t sent the photographs which would prove the original condition.

Great experience, efficient and did exactly what they said on the tin! Kept me informed of all stages of the arrangements for both the collection and delivery of my goods. Collection was arranged promptly on contact and goods delivered next day. Great price and good value.

An appalling experience
An appalling experience. Difficult communications in the run up to delivery, albeit part of this was down to their IT system failing to notify allocated timeslot. Operatives chose to unload item of furniture on delivery by carrying it over other peoples' items which were piled high in the back of their van and in the way. Item was dropped and in the ensuing attempt to pick it up damaged further as it snagged on other items in the van. Item forcefully handled and pushed over other peoples' items and, at one stage, pushed into me by an angry driver. Absolutely no care taken of my, nor of others', property. My item was badly damaged and this poor experience has been compounded further by subsequent attempts made by the business to shirk its responsibilities for such a poor service. They take numerous photos on collection and claim the minutest of scuff marks are pre-existing damage. Then when you show them the actual damage caused by their opratives, they send you the 'before' photos and claim the item was 'damaged' anyway. I recommend avoiding. They piled it high maybe to price it low - but the ensuing complete lack of care shown, damage caused, and attempts made to deny liability, is not worth the misleading low price quoted to entice you in.
