PrimeVan was really easy to deal with, great communication and they did exactly what they said they would for a really competitive price.
Would recommend.

Excellent service from Mike and Team, fragile Chinese cabinet delivered from the South to the North of England very quickly. The piece was treated with gentleness and respect and is now pride of place in my dining room. A* team!

Mike was absolutely brilliant. Large sofa and chairs delivered from Hertfordshire to Devon very quickly. It was a tight squeeze at the end but they managed to get it up the stairs and exactly where I wanted it. I'd highly recommend PrimeVan and I'll definitely use them again in the future. The delivery arrived in time. However although the seller had paid for assembly (a large dismantled Victorian bookcase in 5 pieces, including plinth and cornice, so not requiring expert knowledge to reassemble) and head office acknowledged this was what was on the delivery order, the delivery men refused to do this and the woman at head office simply said “our couriers are not professionals in this”, thinking it was acceptable business to bid for and to take money for something they had no intention of doing.

Very competitive price. Good communication and excellent service. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful 🙂 and would recommend this courier service and certainly use PrimeVan again. My desk arrived safely and in great condition, even positioned desk for me so I could get to my sockets and as I'm 63 and my husband is 66 was very considerate.

It's so lovely to have good old fashioned service where there is care and people friendly staff and delivery drivers.
