Martin the rockstar kitchen man
I needed some repairs on my Kitchen Larder, the team sent Martin round and he was absolutely fantastic. Identified the issue within minutes, had spare parts on the van, changed the runners over, and realigned the unit (it is not much better than it was previously!). In addition to this, he fixed the plimpth boards and lights - absolute perfectionist. Incredible service from start to finish, would recommend him highly to anyone. Great way to end the week!

Unit was well built and looks nice in…yes
Unit was well built and looks nice in kitchen only down side when after putting feet on and putting up ready to put in place one of the feet came away from base and noticed that there was only two screws in each feet holder and four holes? So was there supposed to be four screws in each I put four in and was a lot more secure now in place but could have complete ruined the base if not was over careful with this unit as due to cost.

Kitchen refurbishment
We were looking to extend our kitchen and popped into the Paula Rosa showroom in Lancing. We were greeted by Kelvin who took alot of time explaining the best way forward with what we wanted to achieve. After a site visit he prepared a plan which suited our needs. Everything was organised for us and we watched as the plan came to life.
We can't thank everyone involved enough and we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. They all have done an excellent job and the end result is beyond belief. Thank you to everyone involved.

Excellent fitting of replacement doors…
Excellent fitting of replacement doors and end panels. The items in our PRMF kitchen were damaged in our new build house due to careless trades during the build completion. Clive arrived, made a list of the necessary boards & doors required then returned several weeks later to fit. Great communication the night before to let us know he was coming and really please that Clive has returned our kitchen to just new out of the box condition. If only everything in life could be this satisfying.

A good and personal experience
Kelvin is very experienced in kitchen design and was able to suggest ongoing iterations until I ended up with the design I wanted and that works perfectly for the space. Very welcoming and attentive both when designing, but also throughout. We also used our own fitters/ trades but would echo the review below that Kelvin remained supportive throughout as and when any questions dropped. Very happy with my new kitchen and the overall experience.

Retail Kitchen - Quality product and quality service
Quality product and quality service. From a massive selection, in an awesome showroom at Lancing, Kelvin instantly made us welcome and comfortable. He has kept us informed from the design process through to delivery. Paul and the team deserve much thanks for the delivery also. Even though we have used our own fitters, plumber and electrician, Kelvin was supportive and attentive to resolve questions etc, so as not to disrupt the installation. the result is stunning and we are extremely glad we chose PRM. Highly recommended.

Excellent door replacement job
Kevin was very polite and respectful of the property and did a wonderful job replacing the cabinet doors as requested. Even showing attention to detail adding on the little door bumps as well. The house was left tidy as he did all the cutting work outside which was also left tidy. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful job.

Really poor customer service in the…
Really poor customer service in the after sales team. Ordered a drawer insert a month ago and issues with the courier company ( they wouldn’t leave it in an enclosed reception) meant it was returned to their depot. Had to contact CS several times who were unhelpful at best - basically insinuating I was at fault for not bing there to receive it but had no advice they were delivering !!. The advised they had to wait for it to be returned to them by the courier before they could resend it .. never come across this poor level of customer service before - 2 weeks on and not returned by the courier. Emails were unanswered and calls not returned.
I can only think that it was ‘just a drawer insert’ not a kitchen. I also asked for details on cupboards, pantry and an island as adding to an exisiting kitchen which would have been a significant order.still waiting for that too. They were not interested so I’m going elsewhere. Disappointing and frustrating.

Great service
From choosing which material to which colour for our new worktops (so much choice) Kelvin was very helpful with his patience and advice. Chris and Aiden completed the whole experience by making a first class job of fitting the worktops. Two friendly guys who were very professional and just got on with the job. Would definitely recommend.
