American Fridge Freezer

Delivery, installation and demonstration by Connor A and big reecey was 1st class. Size and weight of American fridge freezer was no match for these guys who placed within the kitchen without any fuss or damage.

Sons birthday completed ruined due to…

I booked in a delivery with this company to be delivered today. Initially all communication was perfect, lots of updates including this morning when I was given my 2 hour delivery slot. I had booked the day of work to receive the ninja flex flame cooking system from this company ready for a party this weekend. Kept regularly checking updates until I was met with delivery unsuccessful.

Initially I thought I must of not heard the door so went through doorbell footage to see the delivery was never attempted. I phone them up to be told has no one informed you. I asked informed me what? They said the parcel wasn’t loaded onto the van and it won’t be delivered today

After acknowledging mistakes happened I told them how important it is that I receive this parcel before the weekend, and they have 3 more days to deliver so it isn’t a problem to be told they cannot deliver now untill next week

This is total unacceptable, it is not my problem you forgot to load the parcel on your van and due to it being your mistake I think me allowing you 3 extra days to rectify was reasonable.

The party is ruined before it’s began and now I’m going to have to purchase a different bbq elsewhere

Thanks for ruining what could of been an amazing weekend with your poor customer service

I hope everyone else takes this into consideration because you claim to be a white glove company yet you have no interest it putting things right when you have got them wrong in the first place

Tumble dryer delivery.

Tumble dryer delivery.
I had my new tumble dryer delivered yesterday by Jack & Quinn. They arrived within the given time slot. They were both very friendly and efficient. They removed all the packaging and took it away. Placed my new machine to its location and took the old one away.
I would highly recommend this company for delivery.
Keep up the good work.

Had Neil and Quinn deliver my washing…

Had Neil and Quinn deliver my washing machine and they were fantastic, so polite and helpful and went above and beyond inorder to be able to deliver my washing machine before I had an appointment due to having to push my original time back (no fault of their own their colleagues van broke down and had to help with the load) but they contacted me, kept me updated and were great

Unfortunately I had the worst customer…

Unfortunately I had the worst customer experience ever. Installation of my Oven and induction hob was booked in, so someone turned up and refused to touch anything requesting that we change the fuse to 32AMP and install an additional socket. He went away, I arranged for an electrician and he did just that. I rebooked delivery/installation 10 days later, a different person attended, no intention to do anything told me that we need to get the electrician to add another socket eventhough there are 2 separate sockets as per the previous instructions and asked for additional things that were never mentioned before. I am not an electrician, I wish they would just resolve whatever it is and I pay for the work instead of being passed from pillar to post. The whole experience took 2 weeks with no cooking facilities at home. Customer service was very poor, I cancelled everything. Never again.

Alex and Jonathan made the delivery…

Alex and Jonathan made the delivery extremely smooth. The tracker allowed us to see exactly when our fridge would arrive. When they got here, they unpackaged it and moved it into the room for us. They were very polite and I am pleased with the service we received.

Terrible delivery and install service

Terrible delivery and install service. Con artists too! They delivered and ‘installed’ an American style fridge-freezer (requiring plumbing) and washing machine- both purchased via Costco which I paid an installation service for.
The issues: they ‘installed’ my washing machine and shortly after they left it leaked and flooded my kitchen. They were not qualified to plumb and install my fridge freezer, so just left it. Useless. The delivery guys also damaged my new wood flooring unpacking the fridgefreezer. Although apologetic at the time, they asked me to take pictures of the damage and flag with Costco, and they did the same with ProductCare… they tricked me into signing a delivery form but clicked through the options for me without realising they had stated for me no damage had occurred to my property. ProductCare are now claiming the damage to my property was already there, despite the delivery guys saying otherwise at the time. Very dishonest behaviour! I would avoid using them and will never purchase a product again that is distributed by this company. My order reference is 799725182-205351502-SH1

Big Reece and Karl R were incredible

Big Reece and Karl R were incredible, consulted us at every stage. The fridge we bought was very big and too big to fit through the house. They both tried various options and managed to get the fridge in. Extremely friendly and funny, would recommend these guys to anyone. Great service.!

Absolutely brilliant service from start…

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The guys were extremely professional, friendly, and provided fantastic customer service throughout. They explained the whole process clearly, answered all my questions, and made everything completely stress-free. They swapped out my washing machine quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. Really impressed with the quality of service — highly recommend!
