Dishwasher installation

Had a Bosch integrated dishwasher fitted by Karl-R. He was excellent, he made sure to take his time and did his best to ensure that the integrated dishwasher could have both panels attached despite the difficulty in this task.

new fridge/ freezer delivered

We had a new fridge/ freezer delivered, good communication surrounding estimated delivery and arrived during delivery time provided the day before.
Lee G the delivery driver was very helpful and carefully placed our new appliance into our kitchen. Respecting our property and ensuring no damage to either the new product or our house. He also usefully provided us with information about allowing gases to settle before turning on (we did not know this).
All packaging with also taken away with him.
Great service would you again.

Not a good experience

I bought a washing machine from a company that use this group for delivery. It’s been a nightmare from start to finish. I chose a delivery date of Tuesday 19th May but received a message to say that delivery date couldn’t be met and to chose another. The next available date was 29th May, two weeks later. I phoned ProductCare and did speak to a very helpful gentleman and wvwntually, on the Monday I got a delivery of 22nd May (today). A delivery slot of 9.59-11.59 was given along with a tracker. The day dawned, the tracker didn’t work and the washing machine didn’t arrive. Another telephone call to ProductCare, and I was advised the drivers were at the delivery before mine & were running late. It is now 12;57 and I’ve just had a call to say they would be another half an hour! It really isn’t acceptable, we’ve been waiting in all morning for this delivery and so say I am pissed off is an understatement! Not a good esperience at all 😡

I've tried to respond to the email address given so they can 'look into this' and it's bounced back as not recognised. Why am I not surprised!!!

Excellent service from Lee G

Lee G delivered our extractor fan this morning. He was polite and friendly even when I was a few minutes late getting back to the house. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, putting the very large box where we needed it. We have had a lot of deliveries for our new kitchen and Lee was over and above the best out of them all

Received my freezer today and the delivery driver (Lee G) was very friendly and helpful. He even removed the packaging for me and took it away - great help as just moved into a new home so got enough boxes around the pace! Thanks Lee!

I ordered a washer dryer from argos

I ordered a washer dryer from argos, product care were down to deliver. We were advised the item would be delivered 9th may, got a call to say the driver had his tools stolen so couldn't deliver. We rescheduled for the following week, this time a scratch on door. They rescheduled for 19th we immediately advised we couldn't do that date and rescheduled for 20th. The driver wasn't advised of this and tried to deliver on 19th, failed as we weren't home. Was promised it would be delivered 21st...... I phoned to check and surprise surprise it wasn't on the van! Disgusted with productcare. If you order from argos check they are delivering and not product care!

George the head and Jorrdan the…

George the head and Jordan the assistant absolutely wonderful.
George is an asset and good name for his employer and must be listened and supported by his employer.
The Miele dishwasher was fitted absolutely professionally and the smiles on their face.

Shocking Delivery Service

Product Care is beyond unprofessional. Have a Tumble Dryer ordered via Costco that they are supposed to be delivering. First attempt the driver couldn't be bothered finding my house and didn't phone ahead of time. Rebooked after a lot of back and fourth with their customer service team. As with many of the reviews have stated, this time they didn't even bother putting it on the van. That's two days of holidays wasted waiting in.

The customer service team do not call you back. You have to chase to get any answer. I was told today they were going to find out what happened to my order and phone back. Waited 4 hours and no reply, so called them myself only for the customer service advisor to now tell me they'd launched an investigation and it would take 48 hours. I had to phone to find that out. When I asked to speak to a manager the customer service advisor told me "I can escalate it all I want, it will still take 48 hours". He did escalate it apparently, but I suspect that's going to be as useful as a wet paper bag.

Avoid this company at all costs if you have an order they are couriering.

Update: After further back and fourth with Product Care I decided to cancel the order. Was getting messed around to much in the end and was getting told it would take another 7 days to attempt another delivery. Went to AO.com, paid a bit extra and had the item two days later. Easy.

Absolutely shocking service from…

Absolutely shocking service from Product Care Group. My delivery has now failed TWICE because the driver “forgot” to load the item onto the van. Completely unacceptable and a total waste of my time. No communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue properly. Would not recommend using this company if you actually expect your items to arrive.

Two individuals not interested in…

Two individuals not interested in working at all, came to deliver new fridge freezer to the kitchen and take the old one from the same place.
Outcome:
-Old one not taken.
- delivery crew damaged new one. I've found plastic parts on the driveway, also they managed to dent the door.
- new one left in the hall, still in packaging as delivery crew refused to unpack and take the rubbish away - despite it being the part of the delivery.
- delivery crew said it's impossible to deliver it to the kitchen - despite the old one , which is slightly bigger fit with no issues.
It took me and my son around 3 min to put new one in place and then another 3 min to take the old, slightly bigger one away.
If it was their first time, they might be excused, but still it shouldn't be a paid service.

Gurpreet Turned a Failed Delivery Into a 5‑Star Experience

Although my first delivery attempt was failed by the delivery provider—causing me to waste a full day and complain to Costco—the re‑scheduled visit completely changed my experience.

Gurpreet from Product Care Group delivered and installed my washing machine today, and his service was outstanding. My installation location was difficult, but he handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with a great attitude.

Malachi & Meshach delivered my fridge…

Malachi & Meshach delivered my fridge freezer yesterday and did an excellent job. There are steps up the side of the house and the kitchen is on the 1st floor - they delivered the large fridge freezer to the kitchen and put it in position taking with them all the packaging. There was an issue with the doors not aligning and they photographed and detailed this in their delivery report. An absolute credit to the company - Thanks guys - great job 😎
