The delivery arrived out of time window, had to phone to find out where it was but did receive an hour late, however it was delivered with care and the men where very polite and sorry about delay, was out of their control good experience and would recommend

Great service delivered on time and kept me informed about the delivery

Driver arrived on time and communication beforehand was good RE time slot etc.

However he then got lost and called me and I had to direct him over the phone.

As a delivery company, not being able to find an address given the full address and postcode and ‘what 3 words’ reference beforehand is not acceptable.

English speaking drivers would also help in this regard.

An otherwise good service let down by the driver being too lazy / inept to use the information provided to them in order to get to their destination.

They seem to take greater care than other couriers.

A splendidly prompt and efficient delivery. I fear parking was a problem but your driver seemed to have overcome the problem. He carried it into the hall for us which was so helpful.

I can only comment on my experience- which is this company bears absolutely no relationship to the glowing reviews. My item still hasn’t been delivered, due sept 8th. It was smashed and damaged during transit. I’ve tried to get a refund- countless emails and phone calls. Lots of templated email apologies but so far no action. I am over £300 out of pocket and furious. The claims department don’t have a direct line or anyone senior to speak to. They have breached their own terms and conditions, the service has been unprofessional and causing me a deal of stress and worry.

Proovia were delivering a large leather armchair which arrived extremely quickly and more importantly in perfect condition. A hallmark of a superior courier service who took great care of their customers property. Hence Five Stars.

Delivery arrived as planned, both driver and his mate were extremely courteous and helpful they put the window which was both large and heavy exactly where I wanted it. This is the second delivery from Proovia I have received both of which showed excellent customer service
